【摘要】: 薄弱学校是指在基础教育阶段,某一特定区域内办学条件相对较差、教育质量相对偏低、社会声誉不高的学校。薄弱学校在办学条件、师资水平、学校管理、生源质量等方面都比较薄弱,因此急需有良好的策略来对其进行改造,消除校际间的差距。 本文在阐述薄弱学校的概念和特征的基础上,以海勃湾区铁路小学、千里山学校、第八中学为例,分析了乌海市海勃湾区薄弱学校的现状及其成因。说明了它们成为薄弱学校的原因各有不同,结局却是相近的,即薄弱学校的办学条件普遍较差,缺乏团结奋进、懂管理、懂教学的领导集体,缺乏充满朝气、刻苦钻研的教师团队,缺乏勤学好问、乐观向上的学生群体。文章重点对乌海市海勃湾区薄弱学校应该如何改造提出了政府制定有利于薄弱学校改造、加大教育资金投入、提高管理队伍水平、提升教师队伍专业化水平、关注学困生转化工作、深化基础教育招生制度改革、创办特色学校、扩大学校知名度等几个方面的改造策略。 本文通过对乌海市海勃湾区薄弱学校的改造问题的研究,提供一些改造的策略,希望能有一定的参考价值,为本地区薄弱学校的改造做出贡献。
[Abstract]:Weak school refers to the stage of basic education, a specific area of relatively poor school conditions education quality is relatively low, social reputation is not high school. The school conditions in poor schools, teachers, school management, and other aspects of the quality of students is relatively weak, so the urgent need to have a good strategy to carry on the transformation. To eliminate the gap between the schools.
In this paper, based on expounding the concept and characteristics of weak schools on Railway Primary School District in Haibowan, Trinidad mountain school, eighth middle school as an example, analyzes the present situation and the origin of Wuhai District of Haibowan city weak school. That they become the reason of weak schools are different, which is similar to the result, the weak school school conditions are generally poor, lack of unity, to understand management, understand teaching leadership, lack of vitality, assiduous study team of teachers, lack of inquisitive, optimistic students. This paper focuses on the city of Wuhai Bay Sea Bo weak schools how to reform is put forward for the weak school reform government, increase education funding investment, improve the level of management team, improve teachers' professional level, pay attention to the transformation of students with learning difficulties, deepen the basic education reform of the enrollment system, establishing characteristic schools, expand the school Transformation strategy in several aspects such as popularity and other aspects.
Based on the research on the transformation of the weak schools in Haibowan District of Wuhai, this paper provides some strategies for transformation, hoping to have some reference value and contribute to the transformation of the weak schools in this area.
