重大事件下中学生情绪弹性的特点

【摘要】: 情绪弹性是心理弹性的重要的组成部分。目前,国内外对心理弹性的研究文献很多,但对情绪弹性专门研究的文献却寥寥无几。大多数心理弹性问卷中有关于测量情绪的分量表,但国内还没有独立的关于情绪弹性的量表,并且情绪的唤醒度不仅有唤醒的不愉快的情绪(恐惧),也有唤醒的愉快情绪(喜悦)。而心理弹性量表中欠缺对积极情绪的测量。本研究提出情绪弹性的概念并设置情境实验来对情绪弹性进行量化,丰富了情绪弹性研究的内容,并且设置实验情境来测量心理健康对不同重大事件下中学生的情绪弹性的影响,以便中学生的身心健康成长。 本研究通过对47名访谈对象进行质性访谈,并对298名被试进行6×4混合实验和3×4混合实验,可以得出以下结论: 1、中学生情绪弹性的内容包括:情绪敏感性、情绪动力性、情绪复原时间、情绪变化幅度。 2、结果表明,不同年级的中学生在不同情境下情绪弹性存在显著性差异。在初中阶段和高中阶段,情绪弹性均呈现下降趋势,即:初一大于初二大于初三;高一大于高二大于高三。高中生的情绪弹性水平高于初中生。 3、心理健康不同组别的被试在不同的重大事件下情绪弹性水平差异非常显著,高分组的被试情绪弹性水平最高,低分组的被试情绪弹性水平最低。不同心理健康组别的被试在不同重大事件下情绪弹性的各个维度中都存在显著性差异。说明心理健康对情绪弹性水平有很大的影响。
[Abstract]:Emotional elasticity is an important part of psychological elasticity. At present, there are a lot of researches on it at home and abroad. However, there are few literatures on emotional elasticity. Most of the questionnaires on emotional resilience have a component table for measuring emotion, but there is no independent scale for emotional elasticity in China. And the emotional arousal is not only aroused by unpleasant emotions (fear). There are also euphoric arousal (euphoria) and lack of measurement of positive emotions in the scale of mental elasticity. This study proposed the concept of emotional elasticity and set up situational experiments to quantify emotional elasticity. It enriches the content of emotional elasticity research, and sets up experimental situation to measure the influence of mental health on emotional elasticity of middle school students under different major events, so that students' physical and mental health can grow up. Through qualitative interviews with 47 subjects and 6 脳 4 and 3 脳 4 mixed experiments with 298 subjects, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The content of emotional elasticity of middle school students includes: emotional sensitivity, emotional motivation, emotional recovery time, range of emotional change. 2. The results show that there are significant differences in emotional elasticity between middle school students and middle school students in different situations. In junior middle school and senior middle school, emotional elasticity shows a downward trend, that is, the first grade is bigger than the second grade and the third is bigger than the third; High school students' emotional resilience is higher than that of junior high school students. 3. The emotional elasticity level of the subjects in different groups of mental health was significantly different under different major events, while the high score group had the highest emotional elasticity level. The emotional elasticity level of the subjects in the low group was the lowest. There were significant differences in each dimension of emotional elasticity between the different mental health groups under different major events, which indicated that mental health had a great effect on emotional resilience.
