低碳型信息化教育中的云计算辅助教学研究

【摘要】: 进入21世纪以来,随着人类社会和经济发展模式变革的加速推进,气候变暖成为不容回避的世界性难题,以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的低碳经济模式日益成为世界经济关注的焦点,能源技术和减排技术创新、产业结构和制度创新以及人类生存发展观念正在发生根本性转变。低碳发展符合以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的理念,是科学发展观的具体体现。我国作为负责任的大国,在这场事关发展权的斗争中,虽然不能盲目效仿和执行西方发达国家的标准要求,但加快经济发展方式转变,建设生态文明,走发展低碳经济、绿色经济、循环经济之路已成为大势所趋。在这种大背景下,积极发展低碳教育和低碳型教育,是当代我国教育发展面临的新挑战和社会责任,但目前还没有引起高度重视,低碳型教育的研究和发展还处于刚刚起步阶段。在加快教育信息化进程中,坚持早动手、早起步,积极研究探索开展低碳型教育的方法路子,对于贯彻国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要、实现教育信息化建设科学发展,具有重大现实意义和长远战略意义。 2009年后,云计算走进了教育,以促进低碳型教育的“社会化服务”和协作学习为核心理念的“云计算辅助教学”迅速成为各国教育信息化与教育技术运用的新领域。我国一些教育技术工作者开始关注和探讨应用云计算辅助教学的对策,涌现出一批探索应用云计算辅助教学的课例,但总体起步较晚,尤其是在探索云计算与低碳型教育之间关系方面,还缺乏成熟的研究成果和应用对策。如何把云计算理念融入教育信息化建设进程,如何应用“云计算辅助教学”推动我国信息化教育向低碳型发展,已成为我国教育信息化建设现实而紧迫的时代课题。 本研究在深入分析国内外关于低碳型教育和云计算辅助教学研究的基础上,着眼应对低碳经济发展对教育信息化的新挑战,适应云计算在教育技术领域的广泛应用和迅速发展,将云计算理论引入到信息化教育中,采用文献研究法和个案研究法对低碳型信息化教育中的云计算辅助教学进行了探讨。在理论层面上,提出了低碳型教育及低碳型信息化教育的概念和标准,阐述了“云计算辅助教学”的内涵,论证了“云计算辅助教学”对构建低碳型教育体系的促进作用,构建了低碳型信息化教育中的云计算辅助教学应用思路;在实践层面上,以《教育技术原理》课程平台学习为例,将提出的理论框架应用于教学实践进行案例探索,验证了低碳型信息化教育中的云计算辅助教学应用的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the accelerated development of human society and economic development model, climate warming has become an unavoidable worldwide problem, with low energy consumption and low pollution. Low-emission based low-carbon economy model has increasingly become the focus of the world economy, energy technology and emission reduction technology innovation. Industrial structure, institutional innovation and the concept of human survival and development are undergoing fundamental changes. Low-carbon development conforms to the concept of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. China, as a responsible big country, cannot blindly emulate and implement the standard requirements of western developed countries in this struggle concerning the right to development. However, accelerating the transformation of economic development mode, building ecological civilization, developing low-carbon economy, green economy and circular economy has become the trend of the times. Under this background, we should actively develop low-carbon education and low-carbon education. It is a new challenge and social responsibility for the development of education in contemporary China, but at present it has not aroused great attention. The research and development of low-carbon education is just in its infancy, and it is in the process of speeding up the process of education informatization. Adhere to the early start, actively study and explore the way to develop low-carbon education, for the implementation of the national medium- and long-term education reform and development planning outline, to achieve the scientific development of education information construction. It is of great practical significance and long-term strategic significance. After 2009, cloud computing entered education. "Cloud Computing assisted Teaching" based on the concept of "socialized Service" and Cooperative Learning in promoting Low-Carbon Education. It has rapidly become a new field of education informatization and educational technology application. Some educational technology workers in China began to pay attention to and explore the application of cloud computing assisted teaching countermeasures. There are a number of examples to explore the application of cloud computing assisted teaching, but the overall start is relatively late, especially in exploring the relationship between cloud computing and low-carbon education. Lack of mature research results and application countermeasures. How to integrate cloud computing concept into the process of education information construction, how to use "cloud computing assisted teaching" to promote the development of information education to low-carbon. Has become our country education information construction reality and the urgent time topic. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the research on low-carbon education and cloud computing assisted teaching at home and abroad, this study focuses on facing the new challenges of low-carbon economy development to education informatization. To adapt to the wide application and rapid development of cloud computing in the field of educational technology, cloud computing theory is introduced into information education. This paper discusses the cloud computing assistant teaching in low-carbon information education by using the method of literature research and case study. On the theoretical level, it puts forward the concepts and standards of low-carbon education and low-carbon information education. This paper expounds the connotation of "cloud computing assisted teaching", demonstrates the promoting effect of "cloud computing assisted teaching" on the construction of low-carbon education system, and constructs the idea of application of cloud computing assisted teaching in low-carbon information education. On the practical level, taking the course platform of "Educational Technology principles" as an example, the proposed theoretical framework is applied to the teaching practice for case study. Verify the feasibility and effectiveness of cloud computing assisted instruction in low carbon information education.
