云学习时代教师虚拟学习社区构建研究

【摘要】:通过现有信息化教育资源的整合与优化,为教师专业发展提供支撑平台与优质服务,成为云学习时代建设高素质、专业化教师队伍的关键。本文在分析云学习时代教师专业发展需求及其特点的基础上,以构建灵活开放的教师专业发展共同体为出发点,基于云计算平台设计了一种面向教师专业发展的虚拟学习社区平台,并从平台的体系架构、功能模块、技术实现等方面进行分析,以便为教师的终身学习与发展提供优质的资源与服务,充分调动教师专业发展的自主性与协作性,促进教师知识经验的传播与共享。
[Abstract]:Through the integration and optimization of the existing informational educational resources, it provides a supporting platform and high quality service for the professional development of teachers, and becomes the construction of high quality in the cloud learning era. Based on the analysis of the needs and characteristics of teachers' professional development in the cloud learning era, this paper takes the construction of flexible and open teacher professional development community as the starting point. Based on cloud computing platform, a virtual learning community platform for teachers' professional development is designed and analyzed from the aspects of platform architecture, function modules, technology implementation, etc. In order to provide high-quality resources and services for teachers' lifelong learning and development, fully mobilize the autonomy and collaboration of teachers' professional development, and promote the dissemination and sharing of teachers' knowledge and experience.
