网络平台支持下的城乡校际协同教研有效指导策略研究

【摘要】：新课程改革呼唤教师角色的转变,要求教师成为教学研究者,研究教学中出现的问题。在现阶段的校本教研中,教师的教学研究活动仅在本校范围内开展,教师很少与其他学校的教师进行交流、合作,使得各个学校优秀的教学资源得不到共享,学校内部出现的教育问题得不到有效的解决,群体性的合作研究共同体没有形成,不利于教师专业化能力的发展与成长,因此,开展基于网络环境的校际协同教研成为教师专业成长的迫切要求。本研究作为“利用网络环境建立城乡互动教师专业化能力协同发展模式研究项目”的子课题之一,旨在探讨网络平台支持下的城乡校际协同教研活动开展的有效指导策略。本研究通过在八所实验学校间建立结对的协作关系,在分析城乡学校的差异性和需求的基础上,通过设计开展网络平台下校际协同教研的模式,提出了在研究课题带动下的校际间的协作教研形式,并在分析现有研究成果的基础上提出六类指导策略,在教研活动开展的过程中通过BBS讨论主题的结构和实施指导策略前后的讨论帖的数量和内容进行统计分析,从而验证各类指导策略的有效性。本研究根据基于设计的研究方法,通过访谈和调查问卷了解到了实验学校教师的需求并分析了教师网络协作教研中的困难,在此基础上提出了开展网络平台下城乡校际协同教研的模式和具体的指导策略,通过设计一系列校际协同教研活动进行干预,研究发现部分指导策略和教研活动的实施有效地激励了教师开展协作教研的广泛参与,提高了教师的教研能力,通过协作促进了教师的知识建构。同时在研究中根据实施协作教研中出现的各种问题进行了调整和再次循环验证,在指导策略中补充一些新的策略,最终形成一套有效支持城乡校际协同教研活动开展的策略体系。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform calls for the change of teacher's role and requires teachers to become teaching researchers and study the problems in teaching. In the present school-based teaching and research, teachers' teaching and research activities are carried out only within the scope of their own school. Teachers rarely communicate and cooperate with teachers in other schools, so that the excellent teaching resources of each school are not shared, the educational problems within the school are not effectively solved, and the community of cooperative research has not been formed. It is not conducive to the development and growth of teachers' professional ability. Therefore, it is an urgent requirement for teachers' professional growth to carry out inter-school collaborative teaching and research based on network environment. This study is one of the sub-topics of the project of "establishing the collaborative development model of the professional ability of teachers in urban and rural areas by using the network environment". The purpose of this study is to explore the effective guiding strategies for the cooperative teaching and research activities between urban and rural schools supported by the network platform. Through establishing the cooperative relationship between eight experimental schools, this study analyzes the differences and needs of urban and rural schools. By designing the mode of inter-school collaborative teaching and research under the network platform, this paper puts forward the inter-school cooperative teaching and research form driven by the research subject, and puts forward six kinds of guiding strategies based on the analysis of the existing research results. In the process of teaching and research activities, the structure of topics discussed by BBS and the number and content of discussion posts before and after the implementation of guiding strategies are statistically analyzed to verify the effectiveness of various guiding strategies. According to the research method based on design, this study finds out the needs of the teachers in experimental schools through interviews and questionnaires, and analyzes the difficulties in the collaborative teaching and research of teachers on the network. On this basis, this paper puts forward the mode and specific guiding strategy of carrying out cooperative teaching and research between urban and rural schools under the network platform, and then designs a series of inter-school collaborative teaching and research activities to intervene. The study found that some guiding strategies and the implementation of teaching and research activities effectively encouraged teachers to engage in collaborative teaching and research, and improved teachers' teaching and research ability. Through collaboration, teachers' knowledge construction is promoted. At the same time, according to the various problems in the implementation of collaborative teaching and research, the author adjusts and recirculates, and adds some new strategies to the guiding strategy. Finally, a set of effective support for urban and rural schools to carry out collaborative teaching and research activities strategy system.
