“缺损型家庭”大学生心理特征研究

【摘要】: 随着社会压力和就业压力的增加,大学生自杀事件或者犯罪事件的频繁出现,马加爵杀人事件后,大学生的心理健康问题日益受到社会各界的关注,尤其是缺损型家庭里成长起来的大学生心理特征更应该得到关注。由于家庭结构的不完整,导致此类大学生在成长的过程中容易产生各种心理问题,主要表现在自闭,自卑,抑郁,焦虑,偏执强迫等方面,其原因来自各方面。 尽管目前国家大学生心理研究已被列入心理研究的重点范围,但是,对于“缺损型家庭”大学生的心理特征研究仍处在起步阶段,对此的研究亦是微乎其微。本文以“缺损型家庭”大学生的心理特征状况作为研究重点,通过和正常家庭结构的大学生心理特征进行对比,探索在缺损型家庭大学生中存在的心理特征现状,归纳揭示缺损型家庭大学生心理特征问题出现的因素,并提出针对此类特殊人群的心理特征进行良好培育和帮助的对策和建议。 本文的研究结果(1)通过发放问卷,对“缺损型家庭”大学生和正常大学生进行UPI,16PF,SCL-90等问卷的测试比较,发现通过UPI心理健康问卷测试,“缺损型家庭”大学生整体的心理健康状况比完整家庭的整体性差;对于16PF测试,调查结果显示,在乐群性,活泼性,交际性,怀疑性,忧虑性,独立性等因子上“缺损家庭”大学生和完整家庭大学生存在显著性差异;根据SCL—90测试结果显示,“缺损型家庭”大学生整体与正常家庭大学生在躯体化,人际关系敏感,抑郁,焦虑,偏执和精神病性等因子差异非常显著(P0.001),说明“缺损型家庭”大学生存在心理问题较多;(2)经过调查和个别访谈案例,发现部分“缺损型家庭”大学生存在自信心不足,自卑,孤僻冷漠抑郁,人格异常,人际关系缺乏,胆小怯懦,容易屈从等心理特征;(3)针对出现的心理特征问题找出导致这种心理出现的原因,从自身,家庭,学校,社会等方面进行论述。 最后,提出有针对性的培育对策和建议。从几个方面对“缺损型家庭”大学生的心理健康状况的改善提出培育对策和建议,以使他们能尽快的恢复正常的学习和生活。
[Abstract]:With the increase of social pressure and employment pressure, college students commit suicide or crime frequently. After the murder of Ma Jia Jue, the mental health problems of college students have been paid more and more attention to by all walks of life. In particular, the psychological characteristics of college students growing up in defective families should be paid more attention to. Because of the incomplete family structure, this kind of college students are prone to various psychological problems in the process of growing up, mainly in the form of self-closing and inferiority complex. Depression, anxiety, paranoid compulsion and so on, its causes come from various aspects. Although the national psychological research of college students has been included in the focus of psychological research, the study of psychological characteristics of "defective families" college students is still in its infancy. The study is also very small. This paper focuses on the psychological characteristics of the "defective family" college students, through the comparison with the normal family structure of college students' psychological characteristics. To explore the present situation of psychological characteristics in defective family college students, and to sum up and reveal the causes of psychological characteristics problems in defective family college students. The countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating and helping the psychological characteristics of this kind of special people are put forward. The results of this study are as follows: (1) by issuing questionnaires, we compared the UPI16 PFN SCL-90 questionnaire between the "defective family" college students and the normal college students. It was found that the overall mental health status of the "defective family" college students was worse than that of the whole family through the UPI mental health questionnaire, and the results of the 16PF test showed that the psychological health status of the "defective family" students was lower than that of the whole family, and the results showed that the psychological health status of the "defective family" students was lower than that of the whole family. According to the results of SCL-90 test, there were significant differences in somatization, interpersonal sensitivity and depression between the "defective family" college students and the normal family students. The differences of anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychosis were very significant (P 0.001), which indicated that there were more psychological problems in "defective family" college students. (2) through investigation and individual interview cases, it was found that some "defective families" college students had insufficient self-confidence. Psychological characteristics such as inferiority complex, aloof depression, personality abnormality, lack of interpersonal relationships, cowardice, easy submission and so on) to find out the causes of such psychological problems, from oneself, family, school, etc. Social and other aspects of the discussion. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the mental health of college students from several aspects, so that they can resume their normal study and life as soon as possible.
