区域推进:变革性教育实践的必然选择

【摘要】：学校变革是学校作为一种社会机构和教育组织,在受到外力或(和)内力推动下发生的组织形态、运行机制上的更新与改造。单一的学校变革常常陷入变革动力不足、能力不强、外部支持环境不良等困境,而以区域推进的方式进行变革能够增强变革的抗风险能力,是当前变革性教育实践研究模式的创新。区域推进的变革性教育实践主要有以下三个路径:专业研究人员主导型变革路径、专业研究人员参与型变革路径与区域自主探索型变革路径。在具体实施中,每个区域要把握自身的实际和特点,采取恰当的变革方式,提高变革的有效性。
[Abstract]:School reform is a kind of social organization and educational organization, which is promoted by external force or / or internal force. Ability is weak, external support environment is poor, and change in a regional way can enhance the ability to resist risks. It is the innovation of the current research mode of transformative educational practice. There are three main paths for the regional promotion of transformative educational practice: the path of professional researchers leading the reform, In the concrete implementation, each region should grasp its own reality and characteristics, adopt the appropriate way of change, and improve the effectiveness of the change.
