【摘要】：农村学校布局调整是一个存在诸多争议的问题。之所以存在争议是因为对农村学校布局调整的认识尚在讨论之中,对农村学校布局调整的底线尚需明晰。从发达国家农村学校布局调整的经验及中国与发达国家呈现出的背景相似性看,中国农村学校布局调整是一个不可逆转的过程;从学校布局调整目标看,农村学校布局调整不仅是一个空间调整,也是一个教育资源再分配的过程;从农村学校布局调整的实践推进看,农村学校布局调整是一个认知、利益和情感兼顾的过程。农村学校布局调整需要在这些认识的基础上,充分考虑作为教育意义底线的学生在场、作为公众支持底线的生命安全、作为优先目标底线的身心健康、作为价值观照底线的文化多元,探讨农村学校布局调整的思路。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of rural school layout is a controversial issue. The reason for the controversy is that the understanding of rural school layout adjustment is still under discussion. From the experience of rural school layout adjustment in developed countries and the background similarity between China and developed countries, the adjustment of rural school layout in China is an irreversible process. From the perspective of school layout adjustment goal, rural school layout adjustment is not only a spatial adjustment, but also a process of redistribution of educational resources. From the perspective of the practice of rural school layout adjustment, the rural school layout adjustment is a cognition. The process of balancing interests and emotions. The adjustment of rural school layout needs to take into account the presence of students as the bottom line of education, the life safety of public support for the bottom line, and the physical and mental health of the bottom line of priority goals on the basis of these understandings. As the value of the bottom line of cultural diversity, explore the rural school layout adjustment ideas.
