临床医学大学生人格特征分析

【摘要】：目的了解医科大学生人格特征,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取河北北方学院临床医学专业395名在校大学生,采用16项个性因素测量表(16PF)进行人格特征测量。结果与全国大学生常模比较,临床医学大学生聪慧性、恃强性、有恒性、敏感性、实验性、紧张性得分明显低于常模(P0.05)。男生稳定性、敢为性、怀疑性得分(14.02,12.42,9.52)明显高于女生(12.49,11.36,8.89)(P0.05),而乐群性、敏感性和幻想性女生(11.02,10.77,13.93)明显高于男生(9.52,9.76,12.83)(P0.05)。城市学生恃强性、兴奋性、敢为性、敏感性、幻想性得分(12.89,15.77,12.76,10.88,14.07)明显高于农村学生(P0.01)。结论临床医学大学生普遍表现为谦逊、理智、平和,但保守、抽象思考能力弱。不同性别及城乡学生表现特征不同,应有针对性的进行心理健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the personality characteristics of medical college students and to provide basis for mental health education.Methods A total of 395 college students majoring in clinical medicine in Hebei North University were randomly selected and personality characteristics were measured by 16 personality factor scales (16PFs).Results compared with the national norm, the scores of intelligence, strength, consistency, sensitivity, experiment and tension of clinical medical college students were significantly lower than those of the norm (P 0.05).Urban students' scores of strong, excitatory, aggressive, sensitive and fantasy were significantly higher than those of rural students (P 0.01).Conclusion Clinical medical college students are generally modest, rational, peaceful, but conservative, abstract thinking ability is weak.Different gender and urban and rural students' performance characteristics should be targeted mental health education.
