大庆油田地区义务教育阶段择校问题研究

【摘要】: 本文研究的目的是通过分析大庆油田地区具有代表性的义务教育阶段择校问题的形成原因,并进行客观全面的利弊分析,探寻解决问题的基本途径,找到解决问题的可行方案。通过解决问题促进教育公平的实现,优化义务教育发展环境,促进我国义务教育健康良性发展。通过从多个角度、正反两面探讨这个问题,试图探究择校与教育公平的内在联系,最后得出结论和解决问题的可行方案,为解决相关问题提供可行的理论和实践依据。 本文主要采用问卷法、访谈法进行研究。问卷法主要采用综合型问卷形式。为了调查需要,调查问卷将综合利用开放与封闭二者的优点,对择校问题进行深度探索。问卷法用于广泛调查大庆油田地区有代表性的义务教育阶段择校问题涉及到的主体行为的样本,收集所需的相关数据和实证材料。其中,封闭式的多选题对应笔者在择校问题的理论建构中已经预见的具有选择倾向问题的维度;开放式问题用于考察择校主体方的态度、观点、一些不可预知的较复杂问题的维度上。访谈法主要通过对具有代表性的各种层次择校主体进行访谈,切身体会择校各方主体的心态和存在的问题,从而进一步了解择校现状及其带来的影响,以及社会各阶层对于我国义务教育阶段择校问题的态度。针对择校具体问题进行深入访谈,探讨教育资源不平衡以及产生一系列问题的原因,并听取有关各方提出的宝贵建议。 虽然对义务教育阶段择校现象的研究比较多,并取得了一定的成果,但大部分都是从教育内部、教育本身的原因来论述的,采用辩证的方法从正反两个视角来研究该问题的文章比较少。择校已成为一个必须引起社会广泛重视的教育现实问题,尤其政府和相关职能部门所起的作用是不言而喻的。所以本文力图通过对幅员辽阔、学校分散的油田地区义务教育进行实证性研究,探索区域教育,尤其是油田地区的义务教育择校问题。通过对大庆油田地区义务教育阶段择校问题的对策研究,为区域义务教育发展找准自身定位、认清优势和劣势、以理性的态度对待义务教育发展,为择校问题提供可借鉴的结论。通过对大庆油田义务教育阶段择校问题的正反两面多角度研究提出切实可行的对策,为油田地区义务教育发展探索适合自身发展的途径、认清阻碍地区义务教育发展的瓶颈、以理性的态度对待义务教育发展,并为择校问题提供可借鉴的经验和对策,为大庆油田乃至全国义务教育持续、稳定、健康发展做出一定的贡献。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to find out the basic ways to solve the problem and find out the feasible solution by analyzing the causes of the problem of school selection in the representative compulsory education stage in Daqing Oilfield and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the problem objectively and comprehensively. Through solving the problems to promote the realization of education equity, optimize the development environment of compulsory education, promote the healthy development of compulsory education in China. Through discussing this problem from many angles, both positive and negative, this paper attempts to explore the internal relation between school selection and educational fairness, and finally draws a conclusion and feasible solution to the problem, which provides a feasible theoretical and practical basis for solving the related problems. This article mainly uses the questionnaire method, the interview method carries on the research. The method of questionnaire mainly adopts the form of comprehensive questionnaire. In order to meet the needs of the investigation, the questionnaire will make use of the advantages of both open and closed to explore the problem of school selection in depth. The questionnaire method is used to investigate the typical subjects' behavior of compulsory education in Daqing oilfield area and collect the relevant data and empirical materials. Among them, the closed multiple topics correspond to the dimensions of the choice problem that the author has foreseen in the theoretical construction of the school selection problem; the open problem is used to investigate the attitudes and views of the school selection subject. The dimensions of some unpredictable, more complex problems. Interview method mainly through the representative of various levels of the main body of school interviews, personal experience of the main body of the school selection mentality and existing problems, so as to further understand the status quo of school selection and its impact, As well as the attitude of all social strata to the problem of school selection in compulsory education stage of our country. This paper discusses the imbalance of educational resources and the causes of a series of problems, and listens to the valuable suggestions put forward by the parties concerned. Although there are many studies on the phenomenon of school selection in the compulsory education stage, and some achievements have been made, most of them are discussed from the inside of education and the reasons for education itself. There are few articles to study this problem from the perspective of dialectical method. School selection has become a practical problem which must be paid more attention to by the society, especially the role played by the government and related functional departments is self-evident. Therefore, this paper tries to explore the regional education, especially the compulsory education in oilfields, through the empirical study of compulsory education in the vast and dispersed oil fields. By studying the countermeasures of school selection in the compulsory education stage in Daqing Oilfield, this paper tries to find its own position for the development of regional compulsory education, to recognize its advantages and disadvantages, and to treat the development of compulsory education with a rational attitude. The conclusion can be used for reference for the problem of school selection. Through the study of the school selection in the compulsory education stage of Daqing Oilfield from both positive and negative angles, practical countermeasures are put forward to explore suitable ways for the development of compulsory education in the oilfield area, and to recognize the bottleneck that hinders the development of compulsory education in the region. This paper deals with the development of compulsory education in a rational manner, and provides some experiences and countermeasures for the selection of schools, which will contribute to the sustained, stable and healthy development of compulsory education in Daqing Oilfield and even in the whole country.
