【摘要】: 随着中国教育体制改革进程的加快,教师的质量问题也越来越引起大家的关注。如何提高教师质量,培养优秀的教师成为中国教师教育改革的焦点。虽然中国自古以来就要尊师重教的传统,但我国至今还没有制定统一的优秀教师评价标准,在选拔和评价优秀教师方面也存在某些问题。 美国是世界上制定教师评价标准比较完善的国家之一,虽然以全美专业教学标准委员会为代表的民间机构制定的优秀教师评价标准并不是官方行为,但其所带来的积极的影响却引起了广泛的关注。它不仅为教师提供了行为规范,明确优秀教师应该知道的和必须做的,而且促进了美国广大中小学教学质量的提高和教师专业化的发展。因此,了解美国优秀教师的评价标准不仅有助于我们借鉴经验,建立合理的优秀教师评价标准,而且有助于我们更好的提高师资水平,促进我国教育事业的发展。 本文的基本框架如下:首先提出选题的背景和理论依据,分析美国优秀教师评价标准的内容体系和实施程序,并在分析美国优秀英语语言教师评价标准的基础上总结出美国优秀教师评价标准的特点、经验及启示,以便于我们更好的了解美国优秀教师的评价的全过程,从而为我国的优秀教师评价标准提供一定的经验。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the reform of China's education system, the quality of teachers has attracted more and more attention. How to improve the quality of teachers and cultivate excellent teachers has become the focus of teacher education reform in China. Although China has a tradition of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education since ancient times, China has not yet formulated a unified evaluation standard for outstanding teachers, and there are also some problems in the selection and evaluation of excellent teachers. The United States is one of the most perfect countries in the world to establish teacher evaluation standards, although the standards of excellent teachers made by non-governmental organizations, represented by the National Council of Professional Teaching Standards, are not official acts. However, its positive impact has aroused widespread concern. It not only provides teachers with a code of conduct, defines what a good teacher should know and must do, but also promotes the improvement of teaching quality and the development of teacher specialization in American primary and secondary schools. Therefore, understanding the evaluation standards of American excellent teachers is not only helpful for us to draw lessons from our experience and establish reasonable evaluation standards for excellent teachers, but also helps us to better improve the level of teachers and promote the development of education in our country. The basic framework of this paper is as follows: firstly, the background and theoretical basis of the topic are put forward, and the content system and implementation procedure of the evaluation standard of American excellent teachers are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the evaluation standards of American excellent English language teachers, this paper summarizes the characteristics, experience and enlightenment of the evaluation standards of American excellent English teachers, so as to facilitate us to better understand the whole process of the evaluation of American excellent teachers. In order to provide some experience for the evaluation standard of excellent teachers in our country.
