中小学数学网络教学资源满意度研究

【摘要】: 随着因特网的广泛应用,现代社会已经处于一个知识膨胀,信息爆炸的时代。在网络上搜索教学资源已不是难事,难的是如何在信息的海洋中,选出正确无误高质量的教学资源。由于目前对网络教学资源的质量缺乏监督、管理和评估的机制,造成了网络教学资源质量的滑坡,也制约了网络教育质量和网络教学资源建设。因此,对网络教学资源的评价就显得尤为重要。 近年来,用户满意度的研究备受各高校或是企业重视。用户满意度实际上是用户对其所购买的产品或是服务的评价。本研究是就中小学数学教师对中小学数学网络教学资源的满意度进行调查研究,以达成对网络教学资源的评价的目的。本文立足于满意度研究的相关理论基础和网络信息资源评价相关理论,构建了新的满意度模型,完成对中小学数学网络教学资源的满意度的实证研究。对调查结果进行分析,得出影响满意度的结论,给网络教学资源的建设提供一些可行的建议。因此,本研究的主要工作可分为两部分。一是对满意度的研究;二是对影响满意度的因素进行研究。 本研究将美国顾客满意度模型和科技接受模型相结合,构建了新的满意度模型。并以网络信息资源评价的指标体系为指导,以《教育资源建设技术规范》、《教学资源评价量表》和网络资源的特点为基本调查内容,设计了调查问卷,并进行试测。经过反复的试测、修正后,形成正式问卷,开始对满意度进行调查。 研究过程中发现,中小学教师对数学网络教学资源的满意度得分不高,总体满意度一般。影响满意度的主要因素网络教学资源的质量问题,其中包括网络教学资源的时效性、教学性、形式方面的因素等。针对这些存在的问题给以网络资源建设上的建议,使网络资源建设科学、合理,能够满足用户使用。 本研究共包括五章。第一章绪论,主要阐述了研究的背景、意义、研究的必要性,研究现状以及研究思路和方法。第二章研究相关的理论基础,主要是对研究中应用到的理论基础加以总结整理。第三章问卷设计,根据构建的模型设计符合本研究要求的问卷。第四章研究调查过程,对被测进行问卷调查与分析,根据分析结果分析影响因素,并对访谈内容进行总结。第五章结论,总结本研究的结论,提出本研究的局限与不足,并在此基础上探讨了后续研究的可能方向。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of Internet, modern society has been in an era of knowledge expansion and information explosion. It is not difficult to search for teaching resources on the Internet. What is difficult is how to select the correct and high quality teaching resources in the ocean of information. Because of the lack of supervision, management and evaluation mechanism for the quality of network teaching resources at present, the quality of network teaching resources has declined, and the quality of network education and the construction of network teaching resources have also been restricted. Therefore, the evaluation of network teaching resources is particularly important. In recent years, the research of user satisfaction has attracted much attention from universities and enterprises. User satisfaction is actually the evaluation of the product or service purchased by the user. The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of mathematics teachers to the network teaching resources in primary and middle schools, so as to achieve the purpose of evaluating the network teaching resources. Based on the related theories of satisfaction research and the evaluation of network information resources, this paper constructs a new satisfaction model and completes the empirical research on the satisfaction degree of mathematics network teaching resources in primary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes the results of the investigation, draws the conclusion of influencing satisfaction, and provides some feasible suggestions for the construction of network teaching resources. Therefore, the main work of this study can be divided into two parts. One is the research of satisfaction, the other is the factors that affect satisfaction. In this study, a new customer satisfaction model is constructed by combining the American customer satisfaction model with the technology acceptance model. Under the guidance of the evaluation index system of network information resources, taking the Technical Standard of Educational Resources Construction, the Evaluation scale of Teaching Resources and the characteristics of Network Resources as the basic contents of the investigation, the questionnaire is designed and tested. After repeated tests, revised, formed a formal questionnaire, began to investigate satisfaction. In the course of the research, it is found that the satisfaction of primary and middle school teachers to mathematics network teaching resources is not high, but the overall satisfaction is general. The main factors affecting satisfaction are the quality of network teaching resources, including the timeliness of network teaching resources, teaching, formal factors and so on. In order to make the network resource construction scientific and reasonable, it can meet the needs of users. This research includes five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, significance, necessity, present situation, research ideas and methods of the research. The second chapter studies the relevant theoretical basis, mainly summarizes the theoretical basis applied in the research. The third chapter is questionnaire design, according to the model designed according to the requirements of this study. The fourth chapter studies the investigation process, carries on the questionnaire survey and the analysis to the test, analyzes the influence factor according to the analysis result, and carries on the summary to the interview content. Chapter five summarizes the conclusions of this study, puts forward the limitations and shortcomings of this study, and discusses the possible direction of further research.
