初中生睡眠质量、心理健康和学习成绩现状及其相互关系研究

【摘要】:本文采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、症状自评(SCL-90)量表对太原市部分中学的初中生睡眠质量、心理健康和学习成绩现状及其相互关系问题进行初步探索。本研究结果填补了目前初中生睡眠和学习现状以及心理健康状况研究的空白,对于引导初中生改善睡眠质量、促进心理健康和提高学习效率具有积极作用。进而为教育和卫生部门制定初中生卫生保健政策提供理论依据,同时也对促进推进素质教育有实际借鉴意义。 本论文研究结果为: 1.太原市部分中学初中生睡眠质量好者为41人,占被调查对象的9.2%;睡眠质量中等者为278人,占63.4%;睡眠质量差者为120人,占27.4% 2.此次调查初中生心理健康与04年4省常模对比。在人际关系敏感、恐怖、偏执因子上,本次调查的初中生得分低于常模。人际关系敏感因子上有显著差异。在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、上,本次调查得分高于04年4省常模,但没有显著差异。 3.此次调查初中生学习成绩在2009年11月份的期中考试班级前15名有112人,占25%;班级排名在16-40名有200人,占45.6%;班级排名在41名以后有127人,占28.9% 4.此次调查初中生睡眠质量高者在心理健康方面要高于睡眠质量中或者差者;学习成绩在班级排名16-40名者和学习成绩在班级排名41名后者睡眠质量要好于班级排名前15名者;睡眠质量得分和心理健康得分呈正相关;学习成绩与睡眠质量得分呈正相关。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) and symptom Self-rating (SCL-90) were used to explore sleep quality, mental health and learning achievement of junior middle school students in Taiyuan. The results of this study fill the gaps in the study of sleep and learning status and mental health status of junior high school students, and play a positive role in guiding junior high school students to improve sleep quality, promote mental health and improve learning efficiency. It also provides theoretical basis for the establishment of health care policy for junior high school students in education and health departments, and also has practical significance for promoting quality education. The results of this thesis are as follows: 1. In Taiyuan, 41 middle school students had good sleep quality, accounting for 9.2% of the respondents, 278 had moderate sleep quality (63.4%) and 120 had poor sleep quality (27.4%). 2. The mental health of junior high school students was compared with the four provincial norm in 2004. In interpersonal sensitivity, terror, paranoid factors, this survey junior high school students score lower than the norm. There were significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity factors. The scores of somatization, depression, anxiety were higher than the 2004 norm, but there was no significant difference. 3. In this survey, there were 112 students in the top 15 classes of midterm exam in November 2009, accounting for 25 students; 200 students in 16-40 classes, accounting for 45.6%; 127 students in class ranking after 41 students, accounting for 28.9%. 4. In this survey, the sleep quality of junior high school students was higher than that of the middle or poor ones in terms of mental health, the students' learning scores were 16-40 in the class and 41 in the class were better than the top 15 in the class. There was a positive correlation between sleep quality score and mental health score, and a positive correlation between learning achievement and sleep quality score.
