长沙市高职院校辅导员的社会支持与主观幸福感的关系

【摘要】: 幸福是人类永恒的追求,随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的显著提高,人们对生活状态的要求越来越高,在心理层面上也有了更高的追求,希望获得更多的幸福。因此,主观幸福感一经提出便受到了人们的广泛关注。以往的研究表明,个体的心理健康与主观幸福感和社会支持存在密切的关系,国内在这方面的相关研究主要集中在老年人和青少年群体上。 高职院校辅导员因身份特殊,其从事的工作与专职教师存在较大差异。国内有关高校人群主观幸福感与社会支持的相关研究,更多涉及专职教师,对高职院校辅导员的关注较少。由于工作压力大、负担重,很多辅导员出现各种不良的心理状态和行为表现。因此,关注高职院校辅导员的主观幸福感与社会支持的状况,促进他们的身心和谐健康的发展十分必要。本文在他人研究的基础上,以长沙市相关高职院校120名辅导员为研究对象,采用《中国城市居民主观幸福度量表》(SWBS-CC20)和《社会支持量表》(ISSB)进行调查,并结合个案访谈,得出如下结论: 1、在主观幸福感和社会支持上,高职院校辅导员总体水平较高。 2、高职院校辅导员的社会支持及主观幸福感在性别、年龄段、学历、职称、收入水平、婚姻状况上均不存在显著差异。 3、高职院校辅导员社会支持及其各因子与主观幸福感之间关系密切。
[Abstract]:Happiness is the eternal pursuit of human beings. With the rapid development of our economy and the remarkable improvement of people's living standards, people have higher and higher demands on their living conditions, and they also have a higher pursuit on the psychological level, hoping to obtain more happiness. Therefore, once the subjective well-being is put forward, people pay more attention to it. Previous studies have shown that there is a close relationship between individual mental health and subjective well-being and social support. Because of their special status, counselors in higher vocational colleges are different from full-time teachers in their work. The related research on subjective well-being and social support in colleges and universities involves more full-time teachers and less attention to counselors in higher vocational colleges. As a result of work pressure, heavy burden, many counselors appear various bad psychological state and behavior performance. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the subjective well-being and social support of counselors in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of others' research, 120 counselors in Changsha vocational colleges were investigated by SWBS-CC20 and ISSB. The conclusions are as follows: 1. In terms of subjective well-being and social support, the overall level of counselors in higher vocational colleges is higher. 2. The social support and subjective well-being of counselors in vocational colleges are in gender, age, and age. There were no significant differences in education, professional title, income level and marital status. 3. There was a close relationship between social support and factors of social support and subjective well-being of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
