和谐教学的文化审视

【摘要】:和谐教学是教学过程自身以和谐为旨归和表征的教学,这种教学的核心内容就是崇尚和谐理念,体现和谐精神,大力追求和谐的理想与价值。当今的课堂教学既有某种教学和谐和教学文化缺失的实然存在,又表现出生活性、生命性、审美性、超越性等文化品质在和谐教学中的应然存在。要使这些文化品质得以生成并放射出光芒,教学就必须坚持以教学价值观的整合为前提,以新课程为依据,以对话和交流为过程,以学习共同体的建立为保证。
[Abstract]:Harmonious teaching is a kind of teaching in which harmony is the aim and representation of the teaching process itself. The core content of this kind of teaching is to advocate the idea of harmony, to embody the spirit of harmony, and to pursue the ideal and value of harmony. Today's classroom teaching not only has some kind of teaching harmony and the lack of teaching culture, but also shows the existence of living, life, aesthetic, transcendent and other cultural qualities in harmonious teaching. In order to make these cultural qualities come into being and shine, teaching must adhere to the integration of teaching values as the premise, the new curriculum as the basis, the dialogue and exchange as the process, and the establishment of the learning community as the guarantee.
