职业技术学院的通用设计研究

【摘要】: 在新世纪党中央国务院提出了“建设和谐社会”这一宏观蓝图,这使得我们不能忽视社会中的任何人群,在建筑设计中更是如此。同时,和谐社会伴生着如何让广大残疾人真正融入社会生活这一艰巨使命。于是,让残疾人接受职业技能培训达到进入社会自力更生的标准就显得特别重要,各类职业技术学校的建筑设计是否能容纳残障学员的就读就成为了摆在建筑师面前的一道难题。随着无障碍设计的发展,通用设计这一更具人性关怀,更加符合时代发展的设计理念开始走上历史的舞台。通用设计的最大宗旨就是希望能够尽可能为使用人群营造出无障碍的坏境,希望能够最大范围的广泛包含各类人群的各类活动。这一理念,与我们希望残疾人利用现有教育资源,走入普通职业技术学校与正常学生一起接受职业教育这一理念不谋而合。所以,通用设计的观念作为一种手段在职业技术学院的设计建设中为残疾人掌握生活技能和减轻社会压力起到了环境准备的工作。因此职业技术学院的通用设计研究就成为了本文的研究重点。 本文从对适用人群和职业技术学院各类建筑共有要素分析入手,发现目前建设中的一些问题,然后针对这些具体问题,研究与借鉴其他各个国家“通用设计”的理论,从理念的出处和主要思考方法等多个方面对“如何在职业技术学校规划与设计中运用通用设计”表明自己的观点,并结合分析对使用人群进行相关的问卷调查,初步得到一套职业教育学校通用设计实用方法,简略地提出职业技术学院的通用设计研究新思路。并且对未来相关的建设也起到了抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward the macro blueprint of "building a harmonious society", which makes us not ignore any people in the society, especially in the architectural design. At the same time, harmonious society is accompanied by the arduous mission of how to truly integrate the disabled into social life. Thus, it is particularly important for persons with disabilities to be trained in vocational skills to meet the criteria of self-reliance in entering society. Whether the architectural design of various vocational and technical schools can accommodate disabled students has become a difficult problem for architects. With the development of barrier-free design, general design, which is more human concern and more in line with the development of the times, began to take the stage of history. The general purpose of the design is to create as many people as possible to create a barrier-free environment, hope to be able to maximize a wide range of people of all kinds of activities. This idea coincides with our hope that the disabled will use the existing educational resources to enter the ordinary vocational and technical schools and receive vocational education together with the normal students. Therefore, the concept of general design as a means in the design and construction of vocational and technical colleges for the disabled to grasp life skills and reduce social pressure has played an environmental preparation work. Therefore, the general design of vocational and technical colleges has become the focus of this paper. This paper begins with the analysis of common elements of all kinds of buildings in applicable crowd and vocational and technical colleges, finds out some problems in the present construction, and then studies and draws lessons from the theory of "general design" in other countries, aiming at these specific problems. From the origin of the idea and the main thinking methods, the author expresses his views on how to use the general design in the planning and design of vocational and technical schools, and carries out a questionnaire survey on the users in combination with the analysis. A set of practical methods for the general design of vocational education schools is obtained, and a new idea of general design research in vocational and technical colleges is put forward briefly. And related to the future construction also played a role.
