免费师范生心理契约的内容与结构维度

【摘要】：心理契约是管理心理学的重要研究课题,它是指雇员对组织与雇员之间相互责任与义务的信念系统。在前期访谈并结合国内外已有研究的基础上,从社会心理学视角,将心理契约理论应用于免费师范生,旨在探讨免费师范生心理契约的与结构维度。探索性因素分析表明,政府学校责任由现实师范培养责任、现实教育培养责任及未来发展保障责任三个维度共13项构成;学生责任由师范职业认同责任、现实学生素质责任及遵循师范协议责任三个维度共13项构成。三因素结构的结果在验证性因素分析中得到了验证。最后对心理契约结构维度的构成、和含义进行了讨论。
[Abstract]:Psychological contract is an important research topic in management psychology. It refers to employees' belief system of mutual responsibility and obligation between organization and employee. On the basis of previous interviews and previous studies at home and abroad, this paper applies the theory of psychological contract to free normal students from the perspective of social psychology, in order to explore the dimensions of psychological contract and structure of free normal students. The exploratory factor analysis shows that the responsibility of government school consists of 13 dimensions: the responsibility for training teachers in reality, the responsibility for fostering education in reality and the responsibility for ensuring future development. The responsibility of students consists of 13 dimensions: the responsibility of teachers' professional identity, the responsibility of students' quality and the responsibility of following teacher's agreement. The results of three-factor structure are verified by confirmatory factor analysis. At last, the structure and meaning of psychological contract are discussed.
