长春地区高中生生活事件、应对方式、社会支持对心理健康的影响研究

【摘要】: 本研究以长春地区高中生群体作为研究对象,旨在探讨长春地区高中生心理健康、生活事件、应对方式、社会支持的现状及群体差异,并尝试探索生活事件、应对方式、社会支持对心理健康的影响作用,以期为维护和促进长春地区高中生的心理健康提供理论依据和指导。通过对224名高中生施测青少年生活事件量表、简易应对方式量表、社会支持量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),本研究得出以下结论: (1)长春地区高中生的心理健康水平要好于全国常模,影响长春地区高中生心理健康的主要生活事件为学习压力、人际关系问题,长春地区高中生对消极应对方式的使用要低于全国常模。女生的恐怖症状要高于男生,男生在人际关系、受惩罚方面的问题要多于女生,女生对社会支持的利用度要好于男生。学习压力会随着年级的升高而增大,高三年级比高一、高二年级更倾向于采用消极的应对方式,高一年级对社会支持的利用度要好于高二、高三年级。 (2)生活事件、消极应对与心理健康(SCL-90得分)存在显著的正相关,积极应对、社会支持与心理健康(SCL-90得分)存在负相关关系,生活事件与消极应对存在显著的正相关,生活事件与社会支持存在显著的负相关,积极应对和社会支持存在显著的正相关。 (3)生活事件、积极应对、消极应对、社会支持能够解释心理健康(SCL-90得分)46.2%的变异。生活事件、消极应对、社会支持对心理健康(SCL-90得分)具有极其显著的预测作用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the psychological health, life events, coping styles, social support status and group differences of senior high school students in Changchun area, and try to explore life events, coping styles. The influence of social support on mental health is expected to provide theoretical basis and guidance for maintaining and promoting the mental health of senior high school students in Changchun area. Two hundred and twenty-four high school students were tested with the Life events scale, the simple coping style scale, the Social support scale and the symptom Checklist (SCL-90). The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the mental health level of senior high school students in Changchun area is better than the national norm. The main life events affecting the mental health of senior high school students in Changchun area are learning stress and interpersonal relationship problems. The use of negative coping styles of senior high school students in Changchun area was lower than the national norm. The phobic symptoms of female students were higher than that of boys, and the problems of interpersonal relationship and punishment were more serious for girls than for girls, and the utilization of social support for girls was better than that for boys. The study pressure will increase with the increase of grade, grade three is higher than grade one, grade two is more inclined to adopt negative coping style, the utilization of social support in grade one is better than that in grade two and grade three. (2) there was significant positive correlation between life events, negative coping and mental health (SCL-90 score), positive coping, and negative correlation between social support and mental health (SCL-90 score). There is a significant positive correlation between life events and negative coping, a significant negative correlation between life events and social support, and a significant positive correlation between positive coping and social support. (3) Life events, positive coping, negative coping and social support can explain 46.2% variation of mental health (SCL-90 score). Life events, negative coping, and social support have significant predictive effects on mental health (SCL-90).
