美国公立院校教师从事网络教学的态度、驱力及阻碍——来自“APLU-Sloan”的一项调研

【摘要】：公立院校一直是引领美国高等网络教育潮流的主体和中间力量,而公立院校教师对待网络教学的观点和态度则会直接影响到网络教学的质量和学生满意度。本文在对"APLU-Sloan"全美网络学习委员会2009年8月发布的最新调查报告进行分析和评述的基础上,呼吁必须将网络学习纳入所在院校长期发展的战略规划,必须使院校的高层管理者从战略层面对网络教学给予足够的重视,才能够走出网络教学发展目前所面临的高原期,从整体上提高网络教学的质量和水平。
[Abstract]:Public colleges have always been the main body and intermediate force leading the trend of American higher network education, and the views and attitudes of teachers in public colleges and universities towards network teaching will directly affect the quality of network teaching and students' satisfaction. Based on the analysis and review of the latest survey report published by the "APLU-Sloan" National Committee on online Learning in August 2009, this paper calls for the inclusion of e-learning in the long-term strategic planning of colleges and universities. The senior managers of colleges and universities must pay enough attention to the network teaching from the strategic level in order to get out of the plateau period of the development of network teaching and improve the quality and level of the network teaching as a whole.
