面向个人终身学习的数字化学习服务中学习者个性化需求研究

【摘要】: 教育信息化的快速发展和教育部“数字化学习港与终身教育的建设与示范项目”的提出,使终身学习逐渐成为教育界研究的热点,但是目前大部分对终身学习的研究仍然停留在单一层面上的研究,没有很好地将数字化学习与个性化学习相融合,使之为全社会的终身学习的开展提供更好的服务。因此本文基于教育部人文社会科学研究项目《面向个人终身学习的数字化学习服务模式研究》展开对终身学习者的个性化需求研究。 论文围绕终身学习者的个性化需求展开研究,通过对终身学习者的数字化学习中个性化需求的调研,得到个性化需求概要模型。本文的研究目的是加大对个性化学习的支撑力度,充分了解终身学习者的个性化需求,并尽可能地满足其需求;本文的主要研究方法是问卷调查法,通过对三类终身学习者的个性化学习需求的调查统计分析,并结合相关学习理论,最终得到一个适用于终身学习的数字化学习服务模式的学习者个性化需求概要模型。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of education informatization and the proposal of the Ministry of Education "the construction and demonstration project of digital learning port and lifelong education", lifelong learning has gradually become a hot research topic in the field of education. But at present, most of the research on lifelong learning is still on a single level, not a good combination of digital learning and personalized learning, so as to provide a better service for the development of lifelong learning in the whole society. Therefore, based on the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences research project, "Research on the service model of digital learning for individual lifelong learning", the research on the individualized needs of lifelong learners is carried out. This paper focuses on the personalized needs of lifelong learners, and through the investigation of the personalized needs of lifelong learners in digital learning, a summary model of personalized needs is obtained. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the support of personalized learning, fully understand the personalized needs of lifelong learners, and as far as possible to meet their needs; The main research method of this paper is questionnaire survey, through the investigation of three types of lifelong learners' personalized learning needs statistical analysis, and combined with the relevant learning theory. Finally, a summary model of learners' individualized needs is obtained, which is suitable for lifelong learning.
