新时期名校发展的路径选择

【摘要】：名校发展实质上是一个持续产生影响力、提升核心能力的过程。名校要获得持续健康发展,必须积极转变学校发展方式,从结果导向转为过程导向,从集中资源转为开发资源,从单一模式转为多样发展,从示范辐射转为文化引领。
[Abstract]:In essence, the development of famous schools is a continuous process of producing influence and enhancing core competence. In order to achieve sustainable and healthy development, it is necessary to actively change the mode of school development, from result oriented to process oriented, from concentrated resources to development of resources, from a single model to diverse development, from demonstration radiation to cultural guidance.
