中印教育国际化与人才资源保护研究

【摘要】：中国和印度是最具可比性的两个国家,多年来两国经济快速增长为世界瞩目。作为发展中大国能否在世界上继续保持发展势头、在激烈的国际竞争中实现可持续发展,高等教育对人才的培养和国家对人才资源的重视将至关重要。本文对中国和印度的教育国际化与人才资源保护问题做出比较分析,强调在全球化时代必须拓展我国高等教育的国际化视野,高度重视和应对西方国家对我国人才资源的争夺。
[Abstract]:China and India are the two most comparable countries, for years of rapid economic growth in the world. As a big developing country, whether to maintain the development momentum in the world and to realize sustainable development in the fierce international competition, higher education will be of great importance to the cultivation of talents and the attention of the country to the talent resources. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the internationalization of education and the protection of human resources in China and India, and emphasizes that in the era of globalization, we must expand the internationalized vision of our higher education, and attach great importance to and respond to the scramble for human resources in our country by western countries.
