基于学校网站的高校师生互动平台研究

【摘要】： 师生之间的互动是影响教学质量、制约教育成效的关键因素。高校教师教学能力提高的关键在于在新的教育理念的指导下利用师生互动,了解学习者需求,调动学习者的学习积极性,完善教学方式,增强教学效能感,提高教学质量。然而,高校本科教学实际情况不尽人意,几乎还是原来填鸭式教学,师生互动严重不足,严重影响了教学效果,更别说培养合格创新性人才了。 技术的发展、教育理念的更新往往会给现实问题的解决带来契机。现代网络技术的发展就为高校师生互动的提高提供了新的途径,它使时空分隔渐渐模糊,学习变得随时随地,学习资源丰富,展现形式多样化、个性化。这就解决了高校师生互动的时间、地点问题,也为完善教学方式、培养创新性人才提供了可能。以人为本的人本主义教育理念,及其对学习的理解为我们改善高校师生互动,增强教学质量提供了理论支撑。 本研究通过深入分析教与学互动需求,尤其是当今高校学习者的学习特点,以人本主义学习理论的为指导,从实际出发,提出构建基于学校网站的高校师生互动平台的设想,设计平台结构图并对平台各模块功能进行了详细阐述。希望能给高校教师、管理者带来一点触动,能改善师生互动现状,增强教师教学能力,提高教学效果,主要研究内容如下: 第1章,主要介绍本研究的选题背景以及国内外关于高校师生互动的研究现状、本研究的研究思路、研究目的和研究价值。 第2章,主要介绍高校师生互动平台研究的基础。包括高校师生互动平台的建立技术支持和高校师生互动平台建立的理论支撑。 第3章,高校师生互动平台的构建。本部分是论文的重点部分。通过教与学互动的需求分析,以人本主义学习理论为出发点,以技术为条件构建平台。画出平台结构图并对平台的各个模块进行功能分析,以及从教师、学习者、管理者三个层面具体的分析平台功能。 第4章,采用典型案例的方法对高校师生互动平台的教学应用进行分析。包括首都师范大学网络学堂的简介;首都师范大学网络学堂师生互动平台模块的功能和应用情况介绍;与本研究所建立的平台进行比较分析,得出不足及其思考。 第5章,结论部分。本部分分两个方面:一是方案执行存在的困难。主要从教师和学习者对学习的正确认识水平和平台运行需求环境和实际中的差距以及平台运营管理方面等进行分析。二是对未来学习方式、师生互动方式的展望。
[Abstract]:The interaction between teachers and students is the key factor affecting the teaching quality and restricting the effectiveness of education. The key to improve the teaching ability of college teachers is to make use of the interaction between teachers and students under the guidance of the new educational idea, to understand the needs of learners, to mobilize learners' enthusiasm for learning, to perfect teaching methods, to enhance the sense of teaching efficacy, and to improve the quality of teaching. However, the actual situation of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities is not satisfactory, it is almost the original type of teaching, the interaction between teachers and students is seriously insufficient, which seriously affects the teaching effect, let alone cultivate qualified and innovative talents. The development of technology and the renewal of educational ideas will often bring opportunities to the solution of practical problems. The development of modern network technology provides a new way to improve the interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities. It makes the separation of time and space blurred gradually, learning becomes anytime and anywhere, learning resources are rich, the forms of presentation are diversified and personalized. This solves the problem of the time and location of teacher-student interaction in colleges and universities. It also provides the possibility for improving teaching methods and cultivating innovative talents. The humanistic education concept and its understanding of learning provide theoretical support for us to improve the interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities and enhance the quality of teaching. Through in-depth analysis of the interactive needs of teaching and learning, especially the learning characteristics of today's college learners, under the guidance of humanistic learning theory and from the practical point of view, the paper puts forward the idea of constructing a teacher-student interaction platform based on the school website. The structure diagram of the platform is designed and the function of each module of the platform is described in detail. Hope to bring a little touch to the university teachers and administrators, can improve the current situation of teacher-student interaction, enhance teachers' teaching ability, improve the teaching effect, the main research contents are as follows: chapter 1, This paper mainly introduces the background of this research and the research status of teacher-student interaction at home and abroad, the research ideas, the purpose and the research value of this research. The second chapter mainly introduces the research foundation of teacher-student interaction platform in colleges and universities. Including the establishment of university teacher-student interaction platform technical support and university teacher-student interaction platform to establish theoretical support. Chapter 3, the construction of teacher-student interaction platform in colleges and universities. This part is the key part of the paper. Through the demand analysis of the interaction between teaching and learning, the platform is constructed on the basis of humanistic learning theory and technology.
