现代远程教育环境下成人学员自主学习研究

【摘要】： 自1998年教育部开展现代远程学历教育试点活动以来，各试点单位积极探索人才培养模式的改革，取得了令人瞩目的社会效益。但是我们也必须清醒地认识到，目前由于现代远程教育实施机构和远程教育教师还不能很好地提供优质的支助服务，，以及成人学员自主学习能力比较薄弱，造成了网络自主学习质量低下，致使试点工作还不尽人意。从实质上来说，成人学员网络自主学习质量是事关现代远程教育事业成败最为关键的问题。因此，较为完整地提出现代远程教育环境下成人学员自主学习的对策与建议是提高现代远程教育办学质量的根本目的。为此，作者首先通过网络在对全国部分广播电视大学和网络教育学院进行较为广泛调查的基础上，又重点对山东广播电视大学直属学院、滕州和兖州的教学点以及西安电子科技大学网络教育学院、大连理工大学网络教育学院和上海交通大学网络教育学院在宁波大学学习中心的部分成人学员的自主学习情况进行了问卷调查，然后用统计分析软件SPSS进行了数据的统计与分析，总结出了现代远程教育环境下成人学员自主学习存在的问题。最后，作者根据现代远程教育环境下成人学员自主学习所存在的问题，在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上，从更微观的角度，探讨了现代远程教育实施机构、远程教育教师和成人学员自身需要改进的方面，尝试性地提出了现代远程教育环境下成人学员自主学习的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:Since 1998 the Ministry of Education has carried out the pilot activities of modern long - distance education and education , each pilot unit has actively explored the reform of personnel training mode and has achieved remarkable social benefits . However , we must also realize that the quality of self - learning ability of adult learners is low due to the fact that modern distance education implementing agencies and distance education teachers can not provide good quality support services well , and that the self - learning ability of adult learners is low . In this paper , the author makes a survey on the self - learning of adult learners in the modern distance education environment , and points out the problems existing in the autonomous learning of adult learners in modern distance education .
