我国企业教育改革历程对学习型企业建设的启示

【摘要】:进入新世纪,世界经济、政治、文化等各个领域都发生了许多重大变化,组织的发展与创新成为新时代的主旋律。处于变革时期的中国企业将如何迎接这一挑战,保持旺盛的生命力和持久的学习力,是企业管理者必须面对的问题。基于这样的现实,学习型企业应运而生,这种组织范式被寄望是能够提升企业竞争力、塑造企业形象、推动员工发展的重要力量。 然而,无论是在理论层面还是在当前实践中,学习型企业的发展预期与现实之间都存在着一定的差距,使得笔者不禁思考,在目前人们关于学习型企业的研究中是否存有“应重视却忽视”的领域。这也因此形成了本文的假设:我国企业教育改革发展历程是否能为当前的学习型企业提供可借鉴的经验或启示。 基此,本研究以学习型组织理论、终身教育理论和人力资本理论等作为理论基础,围绕“企业教育改革与学习型企业构建”之间的关系作为逻辑主线,将本研究分为六个章节: 第一章,从总体上陈述了选题的缘起和目前针对学习型企业的相关研究概况,阐释了学习型企业的研究热点,介绍了本文的逻辑思路和研究方法,为后继的相关研究奠定了必要的基础。 第二章,回顾了我国企业教育改革的发展历程,深入分析了我国企业教育的发展特征,总结归纳出了我国企业教育所取得的历史成绩和效果,为研究提供了现实依据。 第三章,阐释了学习型企业的基本问题并在动因分析、基本要素等方面,解读了学习型企业建设的必然性与应然性,明晰了学习型企业的内涵。 第四章,运用问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法,对当前我国学习型企业展开调研。通过对访谈项目的分析和数据信息的归纳,总结出了我国学习型企业的构建方式、特色之处和存在问题,并对问题原因进行了深层次剖析。 第五章,阐述了我国企业教育改革对当前学习型企业建设的几点启示。本章在我国企业教育改革梳理的基础上,结合成人教育学相关理论,对企业建构的学习型组织的客观事实进行解读并对其发展提出了若干建议,这也是本论文的创新和亮点。 第六章,为本文的结论部分。主要总结了本次研究的收获和对后继研究的期待。
[Abstract]:In the new century, many major changes have taken place in the fields of world economy, politics, culture and so on. The development and innovation of organizations have become the main melody of the new era. Maintaining vigorous vitality and lasting learning ability is a problem that enterprise managers must face. Based on this reality, learning enterprises emerge as the times require, and this organizational paradigm is expected to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and shape their image. An important force in promoting employee development. However, whether in theory or in practice, there is a certain gap between the expectation and reality of the development of learning enterprises, which makes the author can not help thinking. In the current research on learning enterprises, is there a field of "should be paid attention to but ignored", which has formed the hypothesis of this paper: can the course of enterprise education reform in our country be put forward for the present learning enterprises? Experience or inspiration for reference. Based on the theory of learning organization theory, lifelong education theory and human capital theory, this study takes the relationship between enterprise education reform and learning enterprise construction as the logical thread. This study is divided into six chapters:. In the first chapter, the origin of the topic and the current situation of research on learning enterprises are stated, and the research focus of learning enterprises is explained, and the logical thinking and research methods of this paper are introduced. It lays a necessary foundation for the subsequent research. The second chapter reviews the development course of the enterprise education reform in our country, analyzes the development characteristics of the enterprise education in our country, summarizes the historical achievements and effects of the enterprise education in our country, and provides the realistic basis for the research. In the third chapter, the author explains the basic problems of learning enterprises, explains the inevitability and necessity of the construction of learning enterprises, and clarifies the connotation of learning enterprises in the aspects of motivation analysis, basic elements and so on. In chapter 4th, by using the methods of questionnaire and interview, the author makes an investigation on the learning enterprises in our country. Through the analysis of the interview project and the induction of the data information, the author summarizes the construction methods of the learning enterprises in our country. The characteristics and problems, and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed. In chapter 5th, the author expounds the enlightenment of the enterprise education reform to the construction of the learning enterprises. This chapter combines the related theories of adult education with the combing of the enterprise education reform in our country. This paper interprets the objective facts of the learning organization constructed by enterprises and puts forward some suggestions for its development, which is also the innovation and bright spot of this paper. Chapter 6th is the conclusion of this paper.
