农村职业教育质量对新疆贫困地区劳动力转移影响探析

【摘要】：农村职业教育质量问题既是一个具有战略意义的理论问题,又是一个具有实际操作意义的战术问题。它直接影响到农村职业教育的发展,影响到"城镇化"建设的服务功能和质量,提高农民的整体素质培养造就懂技术、会经营的新型农民,促进新疆贫困地区农村劳动力的转移。尊重教育自有规律,需要政府重视大力发展农村职业教育,增加农村职业教育对经济发展的影响力,优化教育结构和布局,提升农村劳动力转移的质量。
[Abstract]:The quality of rural vocational education is not only a theoretical problem of strategic significance, but also a tactical problem of practical significance. It directly affects the development of rural vocational education, affects the service function and quality of the construction of "urbanization", and raises the overall quality of farmers to cultivate a new type of farmers who know technology and can operate. To promote the transfer of rural labor in poor areas of Xinjiang.
