欧盟“伊拉斯谟项目”教学人员的流动研究

【摘要】：1987年启动的"伊拉斯谟项目"是欧盟(欧洲共同体)为了促进欧洲高等教育学生流动所推行的重要举措。从1997年起,该项目开始将大学教师、企业特聘人员等非学生人群纳入资助范围,大力推动教学领域的人才交流,并取得了很大成效,也为我国促进教学人员的流动提供了可资借鉴的范本。
[Abstract]:The Erasmus Project, launched in 1987, is an important initiative of the European Union (European Community) to promote the movement of students in higher education in Europe. Since 1997, the project has started to bring university teachers, Non-student groups, such as special personnel of enterprises, bring into the scope of financial assistance, vigorously promote the exchange of talents in the field of teaching, and have made great achievements, and have also provided a model for our country to promote the flow of teaching staff.
