中职学校建设标准的地区适应性研究

【摘要】：本文讨论了中职学校建设在不同地区的差异性，以建设标准的适应性作为主要研究内容，通过实地调研、访谈调查和理论分析等方法进行研究。论文提出了地区差异形成的各种因素：主要包括地区经济发展的不平衡性、南北地区气候特点、地区人口分布和城乡用地差别等。在多种因素的影响下，中职学校在办学规模、用地指标及规划布局、校舍建设标准等方面展现出差异和特点。论文以此为基础，讨论建设标准作为主要设计依据在不同地区的适用情况，同时讨论标准如何灵活应用的问题。文章第一章为绪论，介绍相关背景与国内外的研究现状、课题的研究方法和总体框架；第二章研究地区差异在中职学校建设中的形成因素和表现形式，分析地区差异的主要构成，并总结了中职学校建设的现存问题和中职学校建设标准的地区适应性现状；第三章为地区差异对校园总体规划的影响，并对其相关标准进行了讨论和建议；第四章讨论了地区差异对校舍单体设计和定额标准的影响，并对相关标准提出局部的修改意见；第五章为建筑标准，主要探讨中职学校的室内环境标准及各部位的构造标准；第六章结语，对全文进行了总结，并提出进一步的研究方向。本文试图通过分析大量中职学校的实际案例，确定地区差异对中职学校建设标准的影响范围和程度。同时，文章以现有的《中职学校建设标准（征求意见稿）》和相关评估指标作为论文数据基础，，提出了局部的适应性建议。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the differences of secondary vocational school construction in different regions, taking the adaptability of construction standards as the main research content, through field research, interviews and theoretical analysis methods to study.The paper puts forward various factors of forming regional difference, including the imbalance of regional economic development, the climatic characteristics of north and south regions, the regional population distribution and the difference of urban and rural land use, etc.Under the influence of many factors, the secondary vocational schools show differences and characteristics in the aspects of school scale, land use index and layout, school building construction standard and so on.Based on this, the paper discusses the application of construction standards in different regions, and discusses how to apply the standards flexibly.The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the relevant background and the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research method and the overall frame of the topic; the second chapter studies the formation factor and the manifestation form of the regional difference in the secondary vocational school construction.This paper analyzes the main composition of the regional differences, and summarizes the existing problems in the construction of secondary vocational schools and the status quo of the regional adaptability of the standards for the construction of secondary vocational schools. Chapter three is the impact of regional differences on the overall planning of the campus.The fourth chapter discusses the impact of regional differences on the design and quota standards of school buildings, and puts forward some suggestions to modify the relevant standards. Chapter 5 is the building standards.This paper mainly discusses the indoor environmental standards of secondary vocational schools and the construction standards of various parts. Chapter VI, the conclusion, summarizes the full text, and puts forward the further research direction.This paper attempts to determine the extent and extent of the influence of regional differences on the construction standards of secondary vocational schools by analyzing a large number of practical cases of secondary vocational schools.At the same time, based on the existing standards for the construction of secondary vocational schools (draft for opinions) and related evaluation indicators as the data basis of the paper, the paper puts forward some suggestions for adaptation.
