建构主义下的城市教育资源配置非均衡研究

【摘要】:我国教育发展的非均衡状况一直十分突出,既表现在地区与地区之间,,如大中城市与小城镇之间、城乡之间、东部与中西部之间,又体现在学前教育、义务教育和高等教育等各个教育阶段。教育资源配置非均衡问题的长期存在,既有损于社会的公平正义,也不适宜社会的和谐与可持续发展。 对于城市教育资源配置非均衡的现状,目前学界大多分析的重点在于由于各种客观物质条件造成的差距,但对于教育资源选择和追求的观念性研究一直不多。社会文化历史理论认为,人的高级心理机能是各种活动和交往形式不断内化的结果。所谓内化,就是把存在于社会中的文化变成自己的一部分,从而有意识地指引自己的各种心理活动,这一体现在人的从众和跟风心理上十分明显。因而,对于目前城市教育资源的非均衡配置,观念性的心理选择其实也是造成这种局面的一种重要原因。 建构主义作为一种科研方法,是心理学的一个分支,经过几十年的发展,已经在心理学、社会学和政治学中获得了广泛应用,并对于各学科和问题的研究和分析起到了独特的积极作用。社会建构主义认为,虽然认知是个体主动建构的,而且只是个人经验的合理化,但这种建构也不是随意的任意建构,而是需要与他人形成互动并达成某种一致来不断地加以修正和调整的,并不可避免会受到当时当地社会文化因素的影响,从而在彼此之间进行沟通交流和分享各种资源的过程中形成相互影响、相互促进的关系,最终形成一定的规范和文化。 本文旨在探讨我国城市教育资源配置非均衡的主观性问题,通过建构主义的研究方法,力图揭示主观性选择如何形成并加剧了城市教育资源配置的非均衡,为解决这一问题提供一种新的思路,有利于解决我国目前教育资源配置的非均衡问题,实现社会公平正义与和谐发展。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced situation of educational development in China has always been very prominent. It is manifested in the regions and regions, such as between large and medium-sized cities and small towns, between urban and rural areas, between the east and the central and western regions, and also in pre-school education. Compulsory education and higher education and other stages of education. The problem of unbalanced allocation of educational resources for a long time is not only harmful to the fairness and justice of the society, but also unsuitable for the harmonious and sustainable development of the society. For the present situation of unbalanced allocation of urban educational resources, most of the academic circles focus on the gap caused by various objective material conditions, but there is not much conceptual research on the choice and pursuit of educational resources. The theory of social culture and history holds that man's advanced psychological function is the result of the continuous internalization of various activities and forms of communication. The so-called internalization is to turn the culture existing in the society into a part of themselves, thus consciously guiding their various psychological activities, which is very obvious in people's conformity and follow the trend of psychology. Therefore, for the present unbalanced allocation of urban educational resources, the idealistic psychological choice is also an important reason for this situation. Constructivism, as a scientific research method, is a branch of psychology, which has been widely used in psychology, sociology and politics after decades of development. And for the study and analysis of various disciplines and problems played a unique positive role. Social constructivism holds that although cognition is the initiative of the individual and is only the rationalization of personal experience, this construction is not arbitrary construction at will. They need to interact with others and reach some sort of agreement to constantly revise and adjust, and inevitably be influenced by local sociocultural factors at the time. Therefore, in the process of communication and exchange and sharing of various resources between each other, the relationship of mutual influence and mutual promotion is formed, and finally certain norms and cultures are formed. The purpose of this paper is to probe into the subjective problem of the unbalanced allocation of urban educational resources in China. Through the research method of constructivism, this paper tries to reveal how the subjective choice forms and intensifies the unbalanced allocation of urban educational resources. In order to solve this problem, a new way of thinking is provided, which is helpful to solve the unbalanced problem of educational resources allocation in our country at present, and to realize social fairness, justice and harmonious development.
