大连农村小学心理健康教育现状与有效实施途径研究

【摘要】：本文对大连地区农村小学心理健康教育的基本情况进行了调研，分析了大连地区农村小学心理健康教育的主要问题和制约因素，研究发现，大连地区农村小学心理健康教育情况与国内其他农村地区小学心理健康教育的情况基本一致，即农村小学心理健康教育普遍存在教育理论指导缺乏，师资队伍不健全，心理健康教育倾向性严重，社会关注度不高以及家庭教育不当等问题。只有提高小学生心理健康水平，才能确保小学生身心健康发展，确保大连农村小学高效完成教育任务，顺利实现小学教育目标。针对上述问题提出改善大连地区农村小学心理健康教育的建议：要转变农村小学心理健康教育的观念，关注“心理资本”；完善农村小学心理健康教育管理体系；大力加强农村小学心理健康教育师资队伍建设；发挥大连地处沿海经济发达的优势，全面贯彻落实《大连市中小学心理健康教育意见》促进城乡小学心理健康教育均衡化发展。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the basic situation of the mental health education in the rural primary schools in Dalian, analyzes the main problems and restrictive factors of the mental health education in the rural primary schools in Dalian, and finds out that, The situation of mental health education in rural primary schools in Dalian is basically the same as that in other rural areas in China, that is, there is a general lack of theoretical guidance and teachers in rural primary school mental health education. The tendency of mental health education is serious, the social attention is not high and the family education is improper. Only by improving the mental health level of primary school students can we ensure the development of pupils' physical and mental health, ensure the effective completion of education tasks in Dalian rural primary schools, and realize the goal of primary education smoothly. In view of the above problems, some suggestions are put forward to improve the mental health education in rural primary schools in Dalian: to change the concept of mental health education in rural primary schools, to pay attention to "psychological capital", to perfect the management system of mental health education in rural primary schools; We should make great efforts to strengthen the construction of teachers of mental health education in rural primary schools, give full play to the advantages of Dalian being located in the developed coastal economy, and comprehensively implement the "opinions on Mental Health Education in Primary and Middle Schools in Dalian" to promote the balanced development of mental health education in urban and rural primary schools.
