教师—家长交往在教师文化形成中的作用

【摘要】：家长在学校教育中的作用越来越受到重视,是教师文化形成的重要影响因素之一。H中学教师在与家长交往的过程中,基于教师自我价值保护的心理机制和个体对情境界定的能力,建构了关于家长与学生的假设和信念,同时建构了教师文化。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the role of parents in school education, which is one of the important factors influencing the formation of teacher culture. Based on the psychological mechanism of teachers' self-value protection and the ability of individual to define the situation, this paper constructs the assumptions and beliefs about parents and students, and constructs the teacher culture.
