教育改革路径的反思与超越——基于社会行动伦理的思考

【摘要】：本文从社会行动伦理的角度反思我国长期以来教育改革的两条基本路径:在"信念伦理"下的教育改革只是"理想化"地追求某种"教育价值信念"而忽视改革的可行性,从而使改革路径陷入自身合理性的危机;而在"责任伦理"下的教育改革路径往往只关注"技术合理性"而忽视改革的"价值合理性",从而又使改革陷入了"正当性"的危机。超越教育改革路径的前提是必须要对"信念伦理"和"责任伦理"这两种改革的伦理立场进行超越,以"价值共识基础上的责任自觉"作为改革行动的伦理立场。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of social action ethics, this paper reflects on the two basic paths of educational reform in our country for a long time: the educational reform under "belief ethics" is only "idealized" in pursuit of certain "educational value beliefs" and neglects the feasibility of reform. Thus, the reform path falls into the crisis of its own rationality, while the educational reform path under "responsibility ethics" pays attention only to "technical rationality" and neglects the "value rationality" of reform, which makes the reform fall into the crisis of "legitimacy". The premise of surpassing the path of educational reform is to transcend the ethical standpoint of "belief ethics" and "responsibility ethics", and take "responsibility consciousness on the basis of value consensus" as the ethical stand of reform action.
