“80后”母亲实施心理教育探析

【摘要】:心理教育是以挖掘个体心理潜能,优化个体心理素质,培养健全人格和提高生活质量为目的的教育,是当代心理学的一个新热点,是当代社会发展对心理学所提出的新要求,目前已受到教育界乃至全社会的普遍关注。儿童期是个体身心健康成长的黄金时期,母亲对儿童实施心理教育在其身心健康成长中具有不可替代的作用,实施心理教育,将对儿童一生的健康发展奠定坚实的基础。当前,“80后”母亲已经逐渐成为生育和抚养下一代的主流群体,其孩子的心理教育状况已经成为当前心理教育研究与实践的重点之一。基于此,本研究选取“80后”母亲实施心理教育探析作为研究命题,首先从研究的背景、研究意义入手,在梳理相关核心概念、总结评述前人研究成果的基础上,,通过对“80后”母亲实施心理教育进行学理分析,深入探寻“80后”母亲实施心理教育的理论依据,进一步论证对儿童实施心理教育的重要性,并通过分析探讨“80后”母亲实施心理教育存在的优势及不足,揭示“80后”母亲实施心理教育的特征与任务,论证其对儿童影响的重要性。其次通过运用问卷调查法和访谈法对云南省昆明市、文山市两城区2所幼儿园、2个早教中心将近300名“80后”母亲实施心理教育现状进行了调查分析,进一步探究“80后”母亲实施心理教育的内在规律。最后在借鉴以往研究成果的基础上,深入探讨“80后”母亲实施心理教育的途径和模式并从实践和研究层面对“80后”母亲实施心理教育作出了展望。
[Abstract]:Psychological education is aimed at tapping individual psychological potential, optimizing individual psychological quality, cultivating sound personality and improving quality of life. It is a new hot spot in contemporary psychology and a new requirement for psychology by the development of contemporary society. At present, the education sector and even the whole society of universal concern. Childhood is the golden period of the growth of individual physical and mental health. The implementation of psychological education for children plays an irreplaceable role in the growth of their physical and mental health. The implementation of psychological education will lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of children's life. At present, the "post-80s" mothers have gradually become the mainstream group to bear and raise the next generation, and the psychological education of their children has become one of the emphases of the current research and practice of psychological education. Based on this, this study selects the "post-80s" mothers to carry out psychological education as the research proposition. First, from the background of the research, the significance of the study, combing the core concepts, summarizing and commenting on the previous research results. Through the theoretical analysis of psychological education of "post-80s" mothers, the theoretical basis of psychological education for "post-80s" mothers is explored, and the importance of psychological education for children is further demonstrated. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of psychological education for "post-80s" mothers, the characteristics and tasks of "post-80s" mothers' psychological education are revealed, and the importance of their influence on children is demonstrated. Secondly, by using the method of questionnaire and interview, the present situation of psychological education of nearly 300 "post-80s" mothers in 2 kindergartens and 2 early education centers in Kunming, Yunnan Province and Wenshan City were investigated and analyzed. Further explore the "80's" mother to implement psychological education of the internal law. Finally, based on the previous research results, this paper probes into the ways and modes of psychological education for post-80s mothers, and makes a prospect on the implementation of psychological education for post-80s mothers from the perspective of practice and research.
