【摘要】：抗战期间,国民政府推行新县制,其主要推动力是实施国民教育。作为抗战大后方的贵州省积极响应,在对全省行政区域、学校、人员、经费作初步调查之后,分年分期分县制定了详细规划,国民教育运动随之在全省各县乡镇全力推广开来。在抗战背景下,贵州省教育经费和人才极缺,省教育厅通过行政改革、扩大师资来源、保障教育经费筹集等各项措施,保证了国民教育运动在贵州的顺利推行,尽管当中存在种种问题与弊病,但它对于抗战的坚持、教育的维系和发展具有不可低估的积极意义,特别是对贵州基础教育的普及做出了重大贡献。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Government carried out the new county system, the main driving force of which was the implementation of national education. Guizhou Province, as the rear area of the War of Resistance against Japan, responded positively. After a preliminary investigation of the administrative regions, schools, personnel, and funds of the province, a detailed plan was drawn up by stages and counties, and the national education campaign spread out in all counties and townships of the province. In the context of the War of Resistance against Japan, Guizhou Province's education funds and talents are extremely scarce. Through administrative reform, expanding the sources of teachers and ensuring the raising of educational funds, the provincial education department has ensured the smooth implementation of the national education movement in Guizhou. Although there are all kinds of problems and disadvantages, it has great significance for the persistence of the War of Resistance against Japan and the maintenance and development of education, especially for the popularization of basic education in Guizhou.
