【摘要】：正联合国教科文组织近期发布《2012全民教育全球监测报告》,揭示了当前提升年轻人的技能水平的迫切需求。报告表明当今最低限度是年轻人完成中学教育并获得找工作所需的基础技能。但目前,小学阶段有两亿五千万儿童不能阅读和写作,无论是否在学校,有七千一百万青少年辍学,错过未来就业所需重要技能的学习机会。该报告分为两个部分,第一部分提供6个教育
[Abstract]:The UNESCO Global Monitoring report on Education for all (2012) recently revealed the urgent need to upgrade the skills of young people. The report suggests that at the very least, young people are required to complete secondary education and acquire the basic skills needed to find a job. But at present, 250 million children in primary school are unable to read and write, whether in school or not, 71 million teenagers drop out of school, missing out on the important skills needed for future employment.
