美国选择性教师教育模式的类型及特点

【摘要】：美国为解决教师短缺和教师质量问题,建立了以地方学区雇佣为基础、强调中小学教学实践技能的选择性教师教育模式。该教育模式具有多样性、灵活性、针对性、经济性和实践性的特征,是具有大学学位、中途改变职业者无障碍进入教师职业的新路径。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the shortage of teachers and the quality of teachers, the United States has established a selective teacher education model based on the employment of local school districts and emphasizing the practical teaching skills in primary and secondary schools. The educational model has the characteristics of diversity, flexibility, pertinence, economy and practicality. It is a new way for the professionals to enter the teaching profession in the middle of a university degree.
