论国家教育考试指导委员会的成立

【摘要】：统一举办是国家教育考试的一个关键要素,非国家教育行政部门批准的、非公开统一举行的考试以及非学历教育方面的考试,都不属于国家教育考试。国家教育考试指导委员会既是中国国情和现实需要的产物,也是文化遗传的产物。国家教育考试指导委员会的成立将使国家教育考试改革决策走向科学化和民主化,这需要有广阔的视野,站在国家的高度,以全局的思维来推进和指导教育考试改革,从而真正为高考改革出谋划策。
[Abstract]:Unified organization is a key element of the national education examination. The non-state education administrative department approves, the non-public unified examination and the non-academic education aspect examination, does not belong to the national education examination. The National Education examination steering Committee is not only the product of China's national conditions and practical needs, but also the product of cultural inheritance. The establishment of the National Education examination steering Committee will make the national educational examination reform decision more scientific and democratic, which requires a broad vision, standing at the national level, and promoting and guiding the educational examination reform with the overall thinking. Thus really for the college entrance examination reform planning.
