上海7～18岁儿童少年骨龄与第二性征相关性分析

【摘要】：目的探讨上海市7～18岁儿童少年骨龄与第二性征的相关性,验证利用第二性征分度推导骨龄方法的可行性。方法随机整群抽取上海市黄浦区中小学生1 034名,拍摄左手正位X线片,采用RUS-CHN评价方法确定男、女儿童少年的骨龄值,并鉴定第二性征分度。对骨龄值和第二性征分度进行相关性分析。结果男童少年骨龄与阴毛分度的相关系数r值为0.911(P0.01),回归方程y^=7.435+2.491x;骨龄与睾丸分度的相关系数r值为0.903(P0.01),回归方程y^=6.215+2.303x。女童少年骨龄与阴毛分度的相关系数r值为0.862(P0.01),回归方程y^=7.247+1.661x;骨龄与乳房分度的相关系数r值为0.858(P0.01),回归方程y^=6.711+1.396x。结论上海地区男、女儿童少年骨龄与第二性征分度均存在正相关。利用本研究中制定的男、女儿童少年第二性征推导骨龄对照表可对青少年生长发育程度进行简易、快速的鉴定。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between bone age and secondary sexual characteristics of children aged 7 to 18 years old in Shanghai, and to verify the feasibility of using secondary sex characteristics to deduce bone age. Methods 1 034 primary and middle school students in Huangpu District of Shanghai were randomly selected, and the left hand positive X-ray films were taken. The bone age of male and female children and adolescents were determined by RUS-CHN evaluation method, and the second sexual characteristics were identified. The correlation between bone age and secondary sex index was analyzed. Results the correlation coefficient between bone age and pubic hair grading was 0.911 (P0.01), the regression equation was y ^ 7.435 2.491x. the correlation coefficient between bone age and testicular grading was 0.903 (P0.01), and the regression equation was y = 6.215 2.303x. The correlation coefficient between bone age and pubic hair grading was 0.862 (P0.01), the regression equation was y ^ 7.247 1.661x. the correlation coefficient between bone age and breast grading was 0.858 (P0.01), and the regression equation was y ^ 6.711 1.396x. Conclusion there is a positive correlation between bone age and secondary sex score in boys and girls in Shanghai. The bone age comparison table of male and female children and adolescents can be used to identify the growth and development degree of adolescents.
