关于“有效教学”的另类思考

【摘要】:正(一)近几年来,"有效教学"这个词如同台风来袭,铺天盖地,各类教育杂志、领导与专家的报告以及日常的教学研讨中随处可见,诸如"实施有效教学,打造有效课堂"一类的口号也比比皆是。在这些口号的风潮之中,确有一批躬身探索的实践者,但也不免有一些掺和热闹不知所之的盲从者;这些口号的风潮中还不免掺杂着一些思想的泡沫,干扰着人们的行为,甚至变味为一种学术的浮躁。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the word "effective teaching" has been widely used in various educational magazines, leaders and experts' reports, as well as in daily teaching seminars, such as "implementing effective teaching." Slogans such as creating effective classrooms are everywhere. In the tide of these slogans, there is a group of practitioners who bow down to explore, but there are also some blind followers who do not know what to do with the excitement; These slogans are also mixed with some ideological foam, interfere with people's behavior, and even change into a kind of academic impetuosity.
