【摘要】:随着全球课程改革浪潮的推进,世界上许多国家都在积极研究适合于本国国情的课程标准模式。我国经过十年的探索,于2011年颁布了全新的《全日制义务教育语文课程标准(2011年版)》,这是对2001年的《全日制义务教育语文课程标准(实验稿)》的更新和完善。为了改变教育不公,提高教育教学水平,南非民主政府从1994年开始循序渐进的对国家课程标准进行了多次大规模的调整和修订。并在2012年发行了新的政策性文件《R-12年级的国家课程声明》,具体包括《R-12年级所有正式科目的课程与评估政策声明》、《R-12年级国家课程声明计划与升学要求的国家政策》以及《R-12年级国家评估草案》三部分,其中,《R-12年级所有正式科目的课程与评估政策声明》相当于我国学前到高中阶段各年级各正式科目的课程标准。在广泛收集到的有关我国与国外的课程标准比较的文献资料里,基本上都是选取那些欧洲发达国家的不同阶段的不同科目的课程标准与我国进行比较研究,所涉及到的发展中国家比较少,处于非洲大陆的南非则更是鲜有。虽然教育发达国家的教育水平高,有许多值得我们学习和参考的地方,但毕竟我国与欧洲国家各个方面的情况之间差距相对于发展中国家来说是非常巨大的。因此,在大范围研究发达国家课程标准的同时,切实研究与我们国家教育发展背景相似的发展中国家的课标制定情况也是必要的。南非作为一个统一的多民族国家,是非洲经济发展速度最快、教育水平最高的发展中国家,无论在经济、民族还是教育发展方面都与我国有着惊人的相似之处。两国都在积极研发适合于本国教育背景的课程标准,又都在2012年实施了全新版本的国家课程标准。选择南非作为比较研究的对象,较之于发达国家,其研究结论对我国有着更为直接的参考意义和现实价值。当然,由于两国在政治、经济、历史、文化等领域存在差异,两国课程标准既有相同之处,也存在明显不同。根据研究的对象不同,本文选择了对中南小学阶段的母语课程标的制定背景、课程理念、结构框架、课程总目标与分目标、课程评价进行具体细致地比较研究。最后,借助于前人有关的研究成果,并结合本文的研究的结果,总结与概括出南非小学母语课程标准对于我国课程标准修订的启示:课标应增加语言知识的内容;课程标准应提高内容表述的具体明确性与易操作;课程标准应明确具体的教学活动的组织方式;课程标准应增强学习策略方面的指导。以期待本文对我国课程标准的进一步改善提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global curriculum reform, many countries in the world are actively studying the curriculum standard model suitable for their national conditions. In 2011 promulgated the brand-new "Full-time compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard" (2011 edition). This is the revision and perfection of the Chinese Curriculum Standard of Full-time compulsory Education in 2001. In order to change the injustice of education and improve the level of education and teaching. Since 1994, the democratic government of South Africa has carried out a number of large-scale adjustments and revisions to the national curriculum standards. In 2012, the new policy document < National Curriculum for Grade R-12 was issued. Statement. Specifically includes the Policy statement on Curriculum and Evaluation of all official subjects in Grade R-12. "National Policy on the Plan and requirements for further Education in the National Curriculum statement for grades R-12" and "draft of the National Assessment for Grade R-12", in which. "Curriculum and Evaluation Policy statement for all official subjects in Grade R-12" corresponds to the curriculum standards for all official subjects in all grades from pre-school to senior high school in China. In more literature. Basically, the curriculum standards of different subjects in different stages of the developed countries in Europe are selected for comparative study with China, and the number of developing countries involved is relatively small. South Africa, which is located on the African continent, is rare. Although the level of education in developed countries is high, there are many places worth learning and reference. But after all, the gap between China and the European countries in all aspects of the situation is very large compared with the developing countries. Therefore, while studying the curriculum standards of developed countries on a large scale. It is also necessary to study the curriculum setting of developing countries with similar background to our national educational development. South Africa, as a unified multi-ethnic country, has the fastest economic growth rate in Africa. Developing countries with the highest level of education have striking similarities with China in terms of economy, nationality and educational development. Both countries are actively developing curriculum standards suitable for their own educational backgrounds. In 2012, the new version of the national curriculum standards were implemented. South Africa was chosen as the object of comparative study, compared with the developed countries. Of course, due to the differences between the two countries in politics, economy, history, culture and other fields, the two countries have similar curriculum standards. There are also obvious differences. According to the different objects of study, this paper chooses the background, curriculum concept, structure framework, curriculum objectives and sub-goals of the mother tongue curriculum in the central and southern primary school stage. Finally, with the help of the previous research results, and combined with the results of this study. This paper summarizes and generalizes the enlightenment of curriculum standard of mother tongue in primary school of South Africa to the revision of curriculum standard of our country: curriculum standard should increase the content of language knowledge; The course standard should improve the concrete clarity and easy to operate of the content expression; Curriculum standards should clarify the organization of specific teaching activities; The curriculum standard should strengthen the instruction of learning strategy in order to provide reference and reference for the further improvement of the curriculum standard in our country.
