生涯教育须从小学抓起

【摘要】：正生涯教育,是一种帮助学生正确认识自我并自主规划人生的教育。在小学阶段,学生人生观、世界观初步形成,开展生涯教育有助于他们更好地认识自我、发展兴趣,这对其未来职业发展,乃至整个人生都有不容忽视的意义。然而,当前小学生涯教育的现状堪忧——案例1:朋友的孩子今年读六年级,成绩非常优秀。一次我到他家做客,和他聊天时不经意地问他:"平时喜欢哪些科目,长大了想干什么?"孩子的话让我很是吃惊:"谈不上什么喜欢不喜欢,只是对于不考试的课没那么讨厌。对于长大以后的事,我觉得很遥远,还没有想过。"经过进一步的谈话才发现,他学习的目的并不明
[Abstract]:Life education is a kind of education that helps students to understand themselves correctly and plan their life independently. In primary school stage, students' outlook on life and world outlook are initially formed, and career education is helpful for them to understand themselves better. Development of interest, for their future career development, and even the entire life can not be ignored. However, the current status of primary education is worrying-case 1: a friend's children this year in the sixth grade. My grades were very good.
