小学家校合作现状及改进策略研究

【摘要】:苏霍姆林斯基指出:“最完备的社会教育是学校教育和家庭教育的结合。”可见,在人的发展中,作为两大教育系统的家庭教育和学校教育有着不可估量的作用,家校合作不仅对学生有着非凡的意义,它对影响学生发展的家长与学校的发展也具有重要意义。为了促进家校合作进一步发展、提高家校合作质量,教育者一直在进行不断的探索与研究。但是在实际的调查中却发现,我国小学的家校合作情况并不理想,合作程度普遍偏低。因此,为了对当前的家校合作情况进行更深入的了解,在对国内外相关资料进行大量研究的基础上,以大连市西岗区教师进修学校附属学校小学部为研究对象,对家长和教职人员进行问卷,从六个方面,即:家长、教师对家校合作的了解情况;家校合作内容的情况;家长、教师对合作形式的满意情况;家长、教师参与家校合作的原因情况;家长、教师主动参与家校合作的情况;教师和家长在家校合作互为认可度情况进行了现状调查,发现了诸如家长、教师对家校合作的了解不够;家校合作内容比较单一;家校合作的形式比较单一;教师和家长在家校合作方面缺乏主观能动性;家校合作主体即教师与家长之间的互为认同度不高;教育行政部门对家校合作的考评制约机制欠缺,社会支持家校合作发展的意识有待加强等问题,并分析了问题原因,通过反复的理论与实践相结合的实证检验,进一步提出促进家校合作发展积极有效的改进策略,具体如下:一、完善相关制度,加大宣传力度,增强家校合作共识;二、丰富合作内容,创新合作方式,实现高层次家校合作;三、由指导转向服务,发挥主观能动性,让家校合作成为教育乐事;四、树立正确观念,增进相互理解,提升教师与家长之间的认同度;五、改进评价体系,整合社会资源,提升家校合作实效。
[Abstract]:Suhomlinski pointed out that "the most complete social education is the combination of school education and family education." As the two major education system of family education and school education has an incalculable role, home-school cooperation is not only of special significance to students. It is also of great significance to parents and schools that affect the development of students. In order to promote the further development of home-school cooperation and improve the quality of home-school cooperation. Educators have been conducting continuous exploration and research, but in the actual investigation found that the cooperation of primary schools in our country is not ideal, the degree of cooperation is generally low. In order to understand the current situation of home and school cooperation more in-depth, on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign research materials, with the Dalian Xigang District teacher training School affiliated to the primary school as the research object. Questionnaire for parents and teaching staff, from six aspects, namely: parents, teachers on the understanding of home-school cooperation; The content of cooperation between home and school; Parents and teachers are satisfied with the form of cooperation; The reasons why parents and teachers participate in home-school cooperation; Parents and teachers actively participate in home-school cooperation; Teachers and parents in the situation of mutual recognition of home-school cooperation conducted a survey, found that, such as parents, teachers do not know enough about home-school cooperation; The content of home-school cooperation is relatively single; The form of home-school cooperation is relatively simple; Teachers and parents lack subjective initiative in home-school cooperation; The degree of mutual recognition between teachers and parents is not high; The educational administrative departments lack of evaluation and restriction mechanism of home-school cooperation, and the awareness of social support for the development of home-school cooperation needs to be strengthened, and analyzes the causes of the problems, through repeated theoretical and practical empirical test. Further put forward to promote home and school cooperation to develop positive and effective improvement strategies, as follows: first, improve the relevant systems, strengthen publicity, strengthen the consensus of home and school cooperation; Second, enrich the cooperation content, innovate the cooperation mode, and realize the high-level home-school cooperation; Third, change from guidance to service, give play to subjective initiative, and let home-school cooperation become an educational pleasure; Fourth, set up the correct concept, promote mutual understanding, and promote the degree of recognition between teachers and parents; Fifth, improve the evaluation system, integrate social resources, and enhance the effectiveness of home-school cooperation.
