小学乒乓球教育的文化转换

【摘要】：乒乓球作为我国“国球”,曾经在小学体育教育中普及,从而形成具有中国传统的小学乒乓球教育文化。近年来,我国小学乒乓球教育出现了明显的衰退和边缘化。导致这种情况的原因很复杂。从把文化视为人们的生活范式的角度来看,小学乒乓球教育的变化是我国社会文化的转型所致。我国传统的乒乓球教育文化是中国从落后的农业社会向现代工业社会转型的过程中,加之特殊的国情形成的,它具有“政治化”和“竞技体育”的重要特征。现代乒乓球教育的文化是现代工业社会中人们日常生活的组成部分,具有“大众化”、“休闲”、“娱乐”的特征。随着我国改革开放的发展,日益多元的现代社会促进了体育的大众化和多元化变化,大众体育成为人们日常生活的重要组成部分。小学乒乓球教育也仅是多元之一。这客观上要求我国小学乒乓球教育从竞技体育和政治体育的文化中转变为现代社会中大众体育的文化教育。具体而言,要实现小学乒乓球教育的转变,必须转变三个认识:使乒乓球教育回归运动的本质的认识,乒乓球运动回归现代人体育素质的养成的认识,乒乓球运动回归现代生活的认识。基于我国小学教育的国家义务属性,从而决定了我国小学乒乓球教育文化的转变必须从上而下、从国家到社会、从社会到个人的教育思想和教育评价体系的转变。从而也要求在人、才、物的调配下进行改革和平衡。
[Abstract]:As a "national ball" in China, table tennis has been popularized in primary school physical education, thus forming a traditional Chinese culture of table tennis education in primary schools in recent years. Ping-pong education in primary school in our country has appeared obvious decline and marginalization. The reasons for this situation are very complicated. The culture of modern table tennis education is a part of people's daily life in modern industrial society, and has "popularization". With the development of China's reform and opening up, the increasingly diversified modern society has promoted the popularization and diversification of sports. Mass sports has become an important part of people's daily life, and ping-pong education in primary schools is only one of the plural ones. This objectively requires the transformation of ping-pong education in primary schools from competitive sports and political sports culture to modern society. In order to realize the transformation of ping-pong education in primary school, three understandings must be changed: to make the education of ping-pong return to the essence of sports, and to return ping-pong to the cultivation of modern sports quality.
