成长记录袋在小学生综合素质评价中的应用研究

【摘要】:德国著名教育家第斯多惠说:“教育教学的艺术不在于传授本领,而在于鼓励、唤醒、鼓舞。”评价是教育教学中的重要环节,对整个教育教学起着导向和制约作用。学生综合素质评价是基础教育评价体系中的重要组成部分,任何教育评价活动都离不开学生评价,学生综合素质评价是教育教学的微观评价。根据小学生的身心发展特点,开展综合素质评价的校本化实施已成为我国基础教育改革的一项重要步骤,它是实施素质教育、“以学生为中心”、促进学生全面而有个性发展的有力保证。同时,成长记录袋作为新课程改革大力推行的新型评价手段,如何将这一质性评价手段灵活应用于小学生综合素质评价体系中,是理论呼唤与实践需要的自然产物。本论文经过阐述已有研究者对评价、综合素质评价、小学生综合素质评价和成长记录袋概念的相关研究,提出本研究对小学生综合素质评价和成长记录袋的认识。紧接着对成长记录袋和综合素质评价发展历程进行简单回顾的基础上,理性分析二者之间的关系以及二者结合的优势所在。并认为成长记录袋应用于小学生综合素质评价是发展性评价理念指导下的学生评价,在价值取向、评价主体、评价过程与方法上体现了学生评价的多元化,注重了过程与结果并重的质性评价,充分发挥了学生评价的主体能动性。本论文通过文献法、调查法、案例分析法进行调查分析,呈现小学生成长记录袋使用过程中产生的问题及原因分析。通过分析发现主要问题有:成长记录袋认识度低、使用意识淡薄;成长记录袋收集内容缺乏多样化;评价主体多元化流于形式,参与评价的积极性不高;综合素质评价过程不够客观真实;成长记录袋使用效果不理想。产生这些问题的原因是:受传统教育观念影响,未能突破考试的约束力;评价的功能倾向于管理服务职能的发挥;不同评价主体在思想认识上的落后;缺乏成长记录袋使用的“因校制宜”。在此基础上,笔者结合案例分析提出成长记录袋应用于小学生综合素质评价中的具体应用过程和总体实施策略。

Evaluation is an important link in education and teaching. The comprehensive quality evaluation of students is an important part of the basic education evaluation system, any educational evaluation activities can not be separated from student evaluation. The comprehensive quality evaluation of students is the microcosmic evaluation of education and teaching. According to the characteristics of pupils' physical and mental development, it has become an important step to carry out the school-based evaluation of comprehensive quality evaluation in the basic education reform of our country. It is a powerful guarantee to implement quality-oriented education, "student-centered" and promote students' all-round and individual development. At the same time, growth record bag is a new type of evaluation means to be vigorously carried out in the new curriculum reform. How to flexibly apply this qualitative evaluation method to the comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary school students is the natural product of theoretical call and practical need. The related research on the concept of comprehensive quality evaluation and growth record bag of primary school students. This paper puts forward the understanding of the comprehensive quality evaluation and the growth record bag of primary school students, and then reviews the development process of the growth record bag and the comprehensive quality evaluation. Rational analysis of the relationship between the two and the advantages of the combination of the two, and think that the growth record bag is applied to the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students under the guidance of the concept of developmental evaluation, in the value orientation. Evaluation subject, evaluation process and methods reflect the diversity of student evaluation, pay attention to the qualitative evaluation with equal emphasis on process and result, and give full play to the subject initiative of student evaluation. The case analysis method is used to investigate and analyze the problems and causes in the process of using the primary school students' growth record bag. The main problems are found as follows: the awareness of the growth record bag is low and the awareness of the use of the bag is weak; Lack of diversity in the content of the growth record bag; The main body of evaluation is diversified in form, and the enthusiasm of participating in evaluation is not high; The process of comprehensive quality evaluation is not objective and true; The effect of growth record bag is not ideal. The reasons for these problems are: influenced by the traditional educational concept, it can not break through the binding force of examination; The function of evaluation tends to give play to the function of management service; The backwardness of different evaluation subjects in ideological cognition; Based on the analysis of cases, the author puts forward the concrete application process and overall implementation strategy of the application of growth record bag in the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students.
