【摘要】：气排球运动是我国土生土长的一项排球运动,受到了越来越多人的青睐,在南方等地区也得到了很好的发展,近几年来也成为了国家体育总局和中国排球协会重点推广的群众项目,但是在西安市的推广目前还没有。气排球属于一项老少皆宜的群众性体育运动,运动量适中,男女可以混合参与,简单易学,促进了小学体育教学中终身体育理念的普及与推广,而且与小学生的生理和心理特点相符合,是一项适合小学生的终身体育锻炼项目,在小学生中具有很大的推广价值。从小学学习气排球可以为我国排球后背人才的培养奠定一定的基础,长期进行气排球运动,能够很好地促进青少年儿童身体健康的发展。本文主要采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、教学实验法、数理统计法和对比分析法五种研究方法,以西安市碑林区小雁塔小学五年级四个班为教学实验对象,通过对教学实验过程、教学内容、教学方法等进行研究,以此来分析气排球在小学推广的实用性和对学生身体素质的影响,探索气排球在推广过程中存在的问题,从实际出发说明气排球在中小学开展的必要性和实效性,为促进气排球运动的发展提供一定的依据。通过气排球在小雁塔小学的教学实验,取得了良好的教学效果。大部分学生都能够掌握正确的气排球技术动作,并且能够准确的做出这些技术动作;学生们也能够积极的参与到气排球比赛中去。气排球课程的开设提高了学生的身体素质,满足了基础教育发展的需要;促进了校园文化建设;培养了学生终身体育意识;丰富了校园文化生活。通过实验研究,气排球运动在中小学的推广普及具有一定的优势,但是也存在一定的问题,在后期的推广发展过程中,应着力解决当前存在的问题,依靠当前存在的优势促进气排球更好地发展。为了更好地促进气排球运动更好地发展,在推广过程中,要加大对这项运动的宣传力度,吸引学生的关注度;同时加强学校体育师资队伍的建设,为气排球的发展做好充分的准备;做好场地器材基础设施的保障工作;更新气排球的教学观念,改善气排球教学手段,创新气排球的教学方法;加大气排球运动的科研力度,从而更好的、科学的促进气排球运动的发展;在业余时间也可以适时的举办一些娱乐性的气排球比赛,丰富学生的校园文化生活,让更多的学生参与到其中。
[Abstract]:Air volleyball is a home-grown volleyball sport in our country, which has been favored by more and more people, and has also been developed very well in the south and other areas. In recent years, it has also become an important mass event promoted by the State Sports Administration and the China Volleyball Association, but the promotion in Xi'an City has not yet been carried out. Air volleyball is a popular sport of all ages, with a moderate amount of sports. Men and women can mix participation, easy to learn, promote the popularization and promotion of the concept of lifelong physical education in physical education teaching in primary schools, and in accordance with the physical and psychological characteristics of primary school students, it is a life-long physical training program suitable for primary school students. The study of gas volleyball from primary school can lay a certain foundation for the cultivation of Chinese volleyball backside talents, and carry out air volleyball sport for a long time. This paper mainly adopts five kinds of research methods, such as document method, expert interview method, teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method. Taking the fifth grade four classes of Xiaoyan Pagoda Primary School in the Stele Forest District of Xi'an as the teaching experiment object, through the research to the teaching experiment process, the teaching content, the teaching method and so on, In order to analyze the practicability of air volleyball popularization in primary school and its influence on students' physical quality, this paper probes into the problems existing in the process of air volleyball promotion, and explains the necessity and effectiveness of the development of gas volleyball in primary and middle schools from the practical point of view. Through the teaching experiment in Xiaoyan Pagoda Primary School, good teaching effect has been achieved. Most students can master the correct skill of air volleyball. And can make these technical actions accurately; students can also actively participate in the air volleyball competition. The opening of the air volleyball course improves the students' physical quality and meets the needs of the development of basic education; Promoted the campus culture construction, cultivated the student lifelong sports consciousness, enriched the campus cultural life. Through the experiment research, the air volleyball sports popularization in the primary and middle school has the certain superiority, but also has the certain question, In the later stage of promotion and development, we should focus on solving the existing problems, rely on the advantages of the current existence to promote the better development of gas volleyball, in order to better promote the development of air volleyball, in the process of promotion, At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of school physical education teachers, to make adequate preparations for the development of air volleyball, to do a good job in the field and equipment infrastructure, and to increase the publicity of this sport to attract students' attention. Renew the teaching idea of air volleyball, improve the teaching method of air volleyball, innovate the teaching method of air volleyball, increase the scientific research of air volleyball, and promote the development of air volleyball better and scientifically. In the spare time, we can also hold some recreational volleyball games, enrich students' campus cultural life, and let more students participate in it.
