小学主题班会活动促进养成教育的行动研究

【摘要】:养成教育主要是从行为训练着手,运用灵活的教育方法,使学生具有良好的学习习惯、生活习惯及礼仪习惯,它既是学生形成良好习惯,培养健全人格的教育活动,是学校德育工作的重点,也是素质教育中不可忽视的一个重要的方面,对小学生快乐地成长有着深远的影响,然而在养成教育不断发展的过程中,存在一些问题影响着养成教育的有效开展。那么,寻找一条切实可行的途径来促进养成教育的发展具有现实意义。小学主题班会活动作为学校德育和学生良好习惯形成的重要形式,对学生全面发展起到重要的作用,也为养成教育的发展提供一个平台。本文主要以小学中高年级为研究对象,首先对国内外学者关于养成教育及主题班会活动研究进行综述,并对本文出现的一些主要概念做出解释及说明。运用关键期理论、智力美德及多元智能理论,就为何对小学生进行养成教育的原因进行论述。笔者通过对中高年级学生的学习习惯、生活习惯及礼仪习惯等各方面进行调查研究,并在此基础上进行了描述、分析、发现问题并找出原因。最后,通过分析总结有效的调查研究经验,结合小学主题班会活动为小学开展有效的养成教育提出一些可行性实践案例与建议,促使小学生养成良好的习惯,为其以后长远的发展打下坚实的基础,为社会培养高素质人才。
[Abstract]:The cultivation education is mainly from the behavior training, uses the nimble education method, causes the student to have the good study habit, the life habit and the etiquette habit, it is the student forms the good habit, the cultivation sound personality education activity, It is the focus of school moral education and an important aspect of quality education. It has a profound influence on the students' happy growth. However, in the process of the continuous development of the cultivation education, There are some problems that affect the effective development of nurturance education. It is of practical significance to find a practical way to promote the development of nurturance education. As an important form of moral education and students' good habits, the primary school theme class activities play an important role in the overall development of students. It also provides a platform for the development of formative education. This paper mainly takes the middle and high grade of primary school as the research object, first of all, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the formative education and the activities of the thematic class meeting. The key period theory, intellectual virtue and multiple intelligences theory are used to explain and explain some of the main concepts in this paper. On the basis of the investigation and research on the study habits, living habits and etiquette habits of the middle and high grade students, the author describes and analyzes the reasons why the primary school students are nurtured and educated. Finally, through the analysis and summary of effective investigation and research experience, combined with the activities of primary school theme class meeting, some feasible practical cases and suggestions are put forward for the primary school to carry out effective nurturance education. Urge pupils to form good habits, lay a solid foundation for their long-term development and cultivate high-quality talents for the society.
