鱼台县小学音乐教学现状及其对策研究

【摘要】：我国的音乐教育水平在近些年来已出现了可喜的发展势头,在思想观念上的转变、资金的投入、人才的引进、学历的要求、校舍的标准化建设等方面有了很大的发展。但是,与国外的特别是西方音乐教育相比,总体水平还是有一定的距离。音乐作为一门独特的艺术门类能给人心灵带来潜移默化的影响及其极大的鼓舞和信心,陶冶我们的情操的同时也使我们的生活变得丰富多彩。伴随着我国经济的迅速发展,音乐教育的总体水平也在不断提高,2001版《音乐课程标准》试行以及2011版实施以来,小学音乐教学的现状确实有了很大改进与提高,这主要体现在:小学音乐课堂教学的规范化;教学内容和形式的多样化;教学方法的多元化;课堂教学以人为本,注重学生发展等。山东省各县市区虽然在国家课程标准的框架下积极做着改进工作,但在实际的教学设备的投入、师资力量的配备、教学经费的保障等方面,各级领导的重视程度存在较大的差距。济宁市鱼台县当下也在积极推行新课程的改革工作,对小学的音乐教学设备的投入、师资力量的引进等工作都比以前加大了力度,特别是鱼台县的小学音乐教学较以前呈现了可喜的大好局面。由于这里的经济发展不平衡的缘故,城市的学校和乡里、村里的完小学校设备的经费投入、教师的配备等都出现了较大的差异。因此,把鱼台县作为本文研究对象,在鱼台县的二十多所小学中随机选取十二所小学进行调查,并采用访谈法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、以及统计学的比较分析法等手段对这十二所小学的音乐教学的现状调查,结果进行分类、整理、研究分析,对唱歌课、欣赏课、器乐以及音乐课外活动(各种社团)等有关音乐的教学活动中存在的不足进行归类整理,再从教师的角度、设备和教材、学生、音乐老师教学方法和教学观念、家长对音乐课的看法等多方面进行系统的分析,找出鱼台县小学音乐教学存在的主要问题:素质教育理念理解有偏差、基层领导对小学音乐课重视程度不足、音乐教师水平有待提高、学生学习音乐积极性不高、音乐教学资源不均衡。进而找出解决这些问题行之有效的对策:更新音乐素质教育理念、重视音乐教学以美育人、实行音乐师资请进来走出去的政策提高师资水平、改进音乐教学方法提高学生学习积极性、加大音乐教育经费投入。希望对音乐教育工作者有一定的帮助,改进音乐教学工作。为有关领导在今后的音乐教育决策上提出一点点建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of music education in our country has shown gratifying momentum of development. Great progress has been made in the transformation of ideas and concepts, the investment of funds, the introduction of talents, the requirements of academic qualifications, the standardization of school buildings, and so on. Compared with foreign music education, especially western music education, there is still a certain distance between the overall level. As a unique art category, music can bring a subtle influence to the soul and great inspiration and confidence. With the rapid economic development of our country, the overall level of music education has been continuously improving since the implementation of the 2001 edition of Music Curriculum Standards and the implementation of the 2011 edition. The present situation of music teaching in primary schools has been greatly improved, which is mainly reflected in the standardization of music classroom teaching in primary schools, the diversification of teaching contents and forms, the diversification of teaching methods, the humanism of classroom teaching, Pay attention to the development of students and so on. Although the counties and municipalities of Shandong Province are actively doing improvement work within the framework of the national curriculum standards, they are actively engaged in the investment of actual teaching equipment, the allocation of teachers' strength, the guarantee of teaching funds, and so on. There is a big gap between the attention of leaders at all levels. At present, Yutai County, Jining City, is also actively carrying out the reform of the new curriculum. The investment in music teaching equipment in primary schools, the introduction of teachers, and so on, have all increased their efforts than before. In particular, the music teaching in primary schools in Yutai County has presented a gratifying and excellent situation. Due to the imbalance in economic development here, funds have been invested in the equipment of the primary schools in the cities and villages and in the villages. Therefore, taking Yutai County as the object of this study, 12 primary schools were randomly selected in more than 20 primary schools in Yutai County for investigation, and interviews, questionnaires and field visits were used. As well as statistical comparative analysis and other means of music teaching in these 12 primary schools to investigate the current situation, the results of classification, sorting, research and analysis, singing classes, appreciation classes, The defects in music teaching activities, such as instrumental music and extracurricular music activities (various associations), are classified and sorted out, and then the teaching methods and teaching concepts of teachers, equipment and teaching materials, students, music teachers, etc., are sorted out. The views of parents on music lessons are systematically analyzed, and the main problems in music teaching in primary schools in Yutai County are found out: the misunderstandings of quality education concepts, the insufficient attention paid by grass-roots leaders to music lessons in primary schools, and so on. The level of music teachers needs to be improved, students' enthusiasm for learning music is not high, and the resources of music teaching are not balanced. Then, the effective countermeasures to solve these problems are found: renewing the concept of music quality education, attaching importance to music teaching and aesthetic education. Implement the policy of inviting music teachers to come in and go out, improve the level of teachers, improve the methods of music teaching, improve students' enthusiasm for learning, and increase the expenditure on music education. I hope it will be of some help to music educators. To improve the music teaching work. To provide some suggestions for the leaders in the future music education decisions.
