安徽省H县小学教师流动问题研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国市场经济改革的不断深化,目前在教育领域城市、县级、乡村之间的教育不均衡问题日趋突出,特别是教师的流动性问题,已然成为影响我国教育公平的一项代表性难题,对此教育学界与政府部门给予了高度关注。本研究选取安徽省H县小学教师流动问题作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式,旨在对小学教师流动的影响因素予以分析,并在此基础上为促进教师合理流动、减少不利影响,提供理论支撑与可操作的对策,促进教师有序、合理的流动和义务教育均衡发展。本论文共划分五个章节。第一章主要介绍了研究的目的、意义、主要内容与方法,对国内外目前的研究进展状况予以综述,对研究的相关概念进行界定,并介绍相关理论基础和论文创新点。第二章通过问卷与访谈调查的方法对安徽省H县现有的小学教师流动状况予以分析,并得出了小学教师流动存在单方向流动不均衡、盲目化流动、利益趋向性、隐蔽性的特征,同时阐述了合理的教师流动有利于促进教育资源优化配置和教育公平性的发展,而不合理的教师流动会造成当前教育不均衡化的问题进一步恶化。第三章在调查分析的基础上,深入分析了影响小学教师流动的制度性因素、学校因素、经济因素、教师个人因素以及其它因素。第四章以影响小学教师流动的因素为相应的分析工具,针对H县不合理教师流动特征中所呈现出的问题,提出了相应的解决对策与建议,从教师流动相关政策法规、教师聘任管理、教育均衡发展、教师生涯体系构建、人性关怀六个方面予以深入阐述。第五章对本论文内容予以总结,同时对未来小学教师流动研究与现实发展予以展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's market economy reform, the educational imbalance between cities, counties and villages in the field of education is becoming increasingly prominent, especially the mobility of teachers. It has become a representative problem that affects the educational fairness of our country. The pedagogy circles and government departments have paid great attention to it. This study selects the flow of primary school teachers in H County of Anhui Province as the research object, and adopts the form of questionnaire survey. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of the flow of primary school teachers, and on this basis, to promote the rational flow of teachers, to reduce the adverse effects, to provide theoretical support and operational countermeasures, and to promote teachers' order. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose, significance, main contents and methods of the research, and summarizes the current research progress at home and abroad. Define the relevant concepts of the study, and introduce the relevant theoretical basis and innovative points. Chapter two analyzes the current flow of primary school teachers in H County of Anhui Province by means of questionnaire and interview survey. At the same time, the author draws the conclusion that the flow of primary school teachers is unbalanced, blind, benefit tendency and concealment. At the same time, the reasonable flow of teachers is helpful to promote the optimal allocation of educational resources and the development of educational equity. However, unreasonable teacher mobility will further worsen the current educational imbalance. Chapter three, on the basis of investigation and analysis, deeply analyzes the institutional factors, school factors and economic factors that affect the flow of primary school teachers. Chapter 4th takes the factors that affect the flow of primary school teachers as the corresponding analysis tools, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in the characteristics of unreasonable teachers' mobility in H County. From the following six aspects: the related policies and regulations of teacher flow, the management of teacher appointment, the balanced development of education, the construction of teacher career system, and the care of human nature, this paper is summarized in Chapter 5th. At the same time, the future of primary school teachers mobility research and the development of the prospects.
