【摘要】:学生对抗性行为是指在某种特定条件下,学生的言行跟教师的主观愿望相反,产生一种与常态性质相对的逆向反应。① 小学高年级学生,开始进入人生第二个反抗期,思想逐步走向独立,行为也逐渐表现得比较叛逆,经常违反学校纪律,对教师、家长教育有着强烈的抵触情绪,在言行上与教师跟着干,否定正面教育,使其达不到预期效果。这种对抗性行为不仅危害学生本人,还影响班级和谐和学校安定,必须引起教育工作者高度重视。本文选择苏州市吴中区东湖小学为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈等手段,了解该校高年级对抗性行为学生主要表现及其危害,分析学生对抗性行为形成原因,提出转化对抗性行为学生的设想。文章认为家庭教育、学校教育、社会坏境影响以及学生自身的因素都可能导致学生产生对抗性行为,作为学生,学校因素是最主要的影响因素,特别是教师的教育态度、教育方法技巧。基于东湖小学高年级对抗性行为学生存在的问题和形成原因,文章就学校管理层面和教师层面提出了一系列转化对策。在学校层面,要求学校管理者端正办学理念,强化教师队伍建设,加强转化手段,强化家校沟通,创建和谐的校园环境,实施对抗性行为学生导师制。在教师层面,要求教师保持积极健康的心理状态,树立以人为本的教育观,寻找“对抗性行为学生”产生的根源,寻找拉近师生心理距离,做好打持久战的准备。
[Abstract]:Students' confrontational behavior means that under certain specific conditions, students' words and deeds are contrary to the teachers' subjective wishes, which produces a reverse reaction relative to the normal nature of students in primary schools and begins to enter the second period of resistance in life. The thought gradually moves towards independence, the behavior also gradually shows more rebellious, often violates the school discipline, has the strong resistance to the teacher, the parent education, in words and deeds with the teacher, negates the positive education, This adversarial behavior not only harms the students themselves, but also affects class harmony and school stability, which must be attached great importance to by educators. This paper chooses Donghu Primary School in Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, as the research object. By means of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper finds out the main manifestation and harm of the adversarial behavior students in the senior grade of the school, analyzes the causes of the students' confrontational behavior, and puts forward the assumption of transforming the confrontational behavior students. School education, social impact and students' own factors may lead to confrontational behavior. As students, school factors are the most important factors, especially teachers' educational attitude. Education methods and skills. Based on the problems and causes of confrontational behavior in the senior grade of Donghu Primary School, this paper puts forward a series of transformation countermeasures on school management and teacher level. It requires the school manager to correct the idea of running a school, to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, to strengthen the means of transformation, to strengthen the communication between home and school, to create a harmonious campus environment, to implement the student tutor system of adversarial behavior. Teachers are required to maintain a positive and healthy psychological state, establish a people-oriented view of education, look for the root causes of "confrontational behavior students", seek to close the psychological distance between teachers and students, and prepare for a protracted war.
