东师附小个性化教学背景下小学语文集体指导补充模式教学现状调查与分析

【摘要】:个性是一个人的标签,人有什么样的个性就有什么样的未来,教学就是要保护学生的本性,发扬学生的个性风采。小学是个人学习成长过程中重要的打基础的阶段,教师要培养出有思想,有个人主见的创新型未来小主人。个性化教学的研究最早始于西方发达国家,近几年来我国不断提出素质教育,提倡“以学生为本”的教育理念,因此个性化教学逐渐推广。关于个性化教学实践与研究层出不穷,在理论上许多学者已经对它有了很深入的研究。还有很多一线教师们在身体力行的探索着教学的新出口。本文主要从小学语文课堂的个性化理念下的教学现状进行调查分析,介绍教学中的一些好的经验,展示课堂中的思考,分析实施的一些问题,并总结一些相关的建议,为辛勤的一线教师们在教学改革的道路上提供一些经验。本文主要分五个部分来构建本篇论文。第一部分是绪论,引用教学中的困惑和问题,分析问题的原因,提出教学改革的必要性并指出改革的方向。通过引用新教学改革的语文教学的革新方向,论证个性化教学现实意义,对比中外研究的脉络历程,分析中国的个性化教学的改革是否能够符合中国的国情。第二部分研究新课标对个性化教学的要求和个性化教学的特征以及现实意义。第三部分以小学为研究范围,问卷调查小学语文个性化教学中集体指导补充模式的课堂实施现状,通过问卷调查,展示个性化教学实施的的成绩,通过调查的数据分析出个性化教学目前实施时的存在的问题和以及问题的成因。第四部分通过以上的分析给出个性化教学背景下小学语文集体指导补充模式提出更好地教学的建议。第五部分结语
[Abstract]:Personality is the label of a person, and what kind of personality one has in the future. Teaching is to protect students' nature and develop their personality. Primary school is an important basic stage in the process of individual learning and growth. Teachers should cultivate creative future masters who have ideas and personal opinions. The research of individualized teaching started in the western developed countries. In recent years, our country has constantly put forward quality education and advocated the concept of "student-oriented" education. Therefore, individualized teaching is gradually popularized. The practice and research of individualized teaching emerge in endlessly. In theory, many scholars have already made a very deep research on it. There are also many front-line teachers who are exploring the new export of teaching in practice. This paper mainly investigates and analyzes the teaching situation under the individualized concept of primary school Chinese classroom. Introduce some good experiences in teaching, show some thoughts in class, analyze some problems in practice, and summarize some relevant suggestions. This paper is divided into five parts to construct this paper. The first part is introduction, quoting the puzzles and problems in teaching, analyzing the causes of the problems. This paper puts forward the necessity of teaching reform and points out the direction of reform. By quoting the innovation direction of Chinese teaching reform, this paper demonstrates the practical significance of individualized teaching, and compares the course of Chinese and foreign studies. This paper analyzes whether the reform of individualized teaching in China can meet the national conditions of China. The second part studies the requirements of the new curriculum standard for individualized teaching and the characteristics and practical significance of individualized teaching. The third part takes primary school as the scope of research. The present situation of classroom implementation of the supplementary mode of collective guidance in individualized Chinese teaching in primary schools is investigated. The results of individualized teaching are displayed through the questionnaire survey. Through the data of investigation, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the problems in the implementation of individualized teaching. The fourth part, through the above analysis, puts forward the supplementary mode of collective guidance for primary school Chinese in the context of individualized teaching. Suggestions for better teaching. Conclusion
